We Need More Entrepreneurs than Managers

I am completely agree with this statement. India is a country of vast population and it is almost impossible to provide job to each and every person in private and govt sector. So, there is essence need of entrepreneur so that the job opportunities could be improved. Moreover, it will also reduces the demand of foreign products which in turn increases the value of Indian rupees.

No doubt, to choose entrepreneurship as a career option is just like to play with fire. But the value of gold is improved only after heating. So, just like gold we should also struggle to increase our value, & to increase the development of our country.

Managers are also important as they play a key role in the progress of a business. They have management skill, decision power, knowledge of market demand, etc. So, they are also equally important.

Entrepreneurs is who generate an idea & manager is who execute an idea. Both the personality can generate employment in our country. Entrepreneurs can be executed or uneducated but their small idea can generate big change in society and who is educated person can only the person who take our business from smallest path to bigger.

Both are important pillars for any organization but in my opinion, we need more Managers. According to a McKinsey report, 90/100startups are failed due to improper management.

Then the government has introduced many programmes such as Startup India and Make in India etc and entrepreneur and manager are just like marketing and sales. Marketing / Entrepreneur means to generate a lead and Sales/ Managers means to convert a lead to sales and all Managers are creative & innovative and also create an investment line for an organization. Take an example of Successful Managers such an Indira Nooyi, Satya Nadela, Sundar Pichai etc and entrepreneur can start only a business but business run by Managers.

Entrepreneurs and managers both plays an important role in the proper functioning of a business. Entrepreneurs are important because they come up with ideas, are willing to take risks for them, and try to make those businesses viable. It is also very important to have more entrepreneurs from an economic standpoint, as they create more employment opportunities.

According to my perspective, we need more managers than entrepreneurs. Because if an entrepreneur starts a new business or startup, in order to expand the business, the entrepreneur needs more and more managers for proper management. A single individual cannot single-handedly expand his business to a new level. If an entrepreneur is planning to expand his or her business to an international market, then he or she will require managers at every level and in every department.

It is really important to promote entrepreneurs, but at the same time, one should also cultivate proper managers. Ultimately, the entrepreneur will lead the business at the top level, but middle-level managers also play an important role in the proper functioning of a business.

What I think is both entrepreneurs and managers are essential for market since entrepreneur takes risk, invest money and starts up a new business and hires a manager then to prosper his business.

Since institutes are producing more number of managers these days and risk takes are very less in number.

So, if there will be no risk takes, who will hire these managers. Less entrepreneurs will lead to unemployment. So both are essential but entrepreneurs are more important.

Hello everyone I think both play an important role because an entrepreneur can give or create opportunities for the people or the job seekers but managers will manage the day to day activities which entrepreneur cannot do if he do so then there can be a chance of hindrance in the decision making and this also impacts on the profitability of the organization. But if all the task related to day to day activities are managed by the managers than an entrepreneur can focus on the decision making of the organization.

Conclusion: we need both of them because they both are the eyes of the organization and we need more entrepreneur with efficient managers that work for the organization.

Yes, we need more Entrepreneurs because they are the ones who have great risk-taking ability and also focus is on customer satisfaction with innovative ideas whereas in the case of managers they have limited responsibilities also they are fewer risk-takers than entrepreneurs. The entrepreneur also provides jobs which is one of the important factors for our country and also helps in the growth of the economy. Managers are also an important part of the ecosystem because managers will manage things at their level.

1. Every year thousands and thousands MBA, engineering students comes to market. If every body search of job in public and private sector then there will be more competition and unemployment. If more opt for entrepreneur then they can appoint so much unemployed student from market and can reduce unemployment level.

2. Country can be self reliant.

I wouldn't say Hi or Hello to all of you, I would like to say good morning to all of you. I wanna make you awake that you may see what's going on around of you.

You know why I said as, because you are saying that India is lacking the managers as well as entrepreneurs. See our surroundings who doesn't have the managerial skills and who doesn't know that how should manage in their worst to worst situation. In fact a child knows that how will he manage to complete his homework within the time. You know what we all have managerial skills just we aren't aware of this. We should not compare managers to entrepreneur because an entrepreneur also do a manager's work.

As for this an entrepreneur should has all the qualities of a better leader and a better leader should be aware of his subordinate's work. As a manager gives direction and assign the duties to his subordinates as well as an entrepreneur also instructs the managers that to whom the responsibilities should be assigned. Hence an entrepreneur also is a manager as he has to manage all that above.

India is not lacking of managers, it's lacking entrepreneurs as we all are MANAGERS in our own life, NEED IS JUST TO HAVE AWARENESS OF OUR RIGHT DIRECTIONS which will be provided by a better leader i.e.; an Entrepreneur.

So come on youth being an Entrepreneur and identify your leadership quality.

Being not only the follower of others instruction, being that one who creates opportunity himself and instructs other.

Entrepreneur are the people who develop new idea and managers are the person who manage the things in order to keep the idea of entrepreneur alive thus as per my opinion we required both the person for a firm's development and growth.
