We Need More Entrepreneurs than Managers

Entrepreneurs are important to increase national income, to increase employment and making people self-sufficient, the growth of the developing country (it is more important for our country). But managers are important in making the company or factory for the long run.

If entrepreneurs are not there what is the need for managers.

As per me,

- Entrepreneurs may be more effective for a society, they are the ones who create jobs for the people who may be managers but not entrepreneurs.

- More entrepreneurs implies more jobs.

- More revenue for the people as well as for the country.

- More role models for the youngsters.

Word managers may sound good but they always have to work under pressure with less scope of creativity and experiments in their work. But anyhow the are important.

So the balance between the two is important.

Hi Everyone, I think both are important pillars for an organization. Managers are those who have skills to manage all the day to day activities & things which could play crucial role for driving the business well & efficient manner while on the other hand entrepreneurs are having innovative ideas & having an ability to convert those ideas into new business opportunities, ability to take higher risk for higher returns & better economic growth. They create job opportunities for job seekers & managers where these people can give their best for succeeding the business idea & helps in making nation's growth as well hence we need both of them for ensuring the business & economic growth.

Good morning everyone, I got the opportunity to start the interesting topic is We need more entrepreneurs than the manager, yeah! Entrepreneurs play a major role in the development of the national economy. He provides the employment opportunity it leads to increase the standards of living of the people, but the manager focus on the development of the organization and earn the profits for the organization. Managers are also important to run the business company or organization.

For a nation like India entrepreneurship stands far ahead than being a manager.

1) New startup will provide nation with new job opportunities which will help nation in fighting unemployment.

2) As an entrepreneur you can reap all the benefits of your hardwork whereas working for a company most of the individual are underevaluated with respect to their hardwork.

3) Majority of Indian workers fall under the category of cheap labour for such companies, so becoming your own boss can provide one with better life.

4) Even the biggest of Multi-National companies started from a scratch so starting so a new startup can have a chance of growth far beyond imaginaton.

5) Establishment of new startup may increase the foreign investment in the country which can improve the value of Indian Rupee in Global market.

Moreover I want to conclude the topic with the statement that "It all starts from a idea which not only makes the life better but easier".

So our topic is whether we need more entrepreneurs than managers. This topic can be analyzed from the following viewpoints:

1. What are the roles of an entrepreneur and a manager?

2. What will be the socio-economic effect of having more entrepreneurs than managers and vice versa?

3. What is the relation between these two?

In the light of the above mentioned points,

An entrepreneur starts a new business venture investing resources like money, power, energy etc. , taking risks and enjoying profits (if any). Whereas, managers drive an existing organization and its processes efficiently to ensure its existence and revenue.

If there are more entrepreneurs, then there will be more possibility of diversification, expansion and growth of the industry which will eventually create more jobs and increase standard of living.

But we also need managers to run the businesses planted by these entrepreneurs. But as there are already a large number of managers, today's economy needs more entrepreneurs. But when the number of entrepreneurs and mangers will be almost comparable, then obviously more managers will be needed as they have a one to many relationship. That will be the peak point of India's economic condition.

According to my knowledge the word Entrepreneur and a Manager is not synonymous. The entrepreneur is a person who starts a businesses enterprise with his own initiative, thoughts, risk, knowledge, and experience so on.

The manager is a person who manages the organization operations in the best of his ability.

Now the question is there more need of managers than entrepreneurs The hierarchical management consists of three levels the top, the middle and lower management.

And an entrepreneur belong to a level of top management.

And manager comes under rest of the two classes depending upon the field of technicality chosen by the managers.

For a firm to show its excellence it is important that both entrepreneur and manager.

Are required to achieve the goal and mission of the organization.

Yes, We need more entrepreneurs than managers because the entrepreneur is a person who creates a business for his and provides an employment to the job seekers or society. If we talk about the management, management only manages all the resources that are provided by the entrepreneurs.

Acc to me, We need more entrepreneurs than the managers because entrepreneurs taking a risk and create new ideas for expanding his business and for the growth of the society but management is only taking a performance risk.

Entrepreneurs are the ones who contribute a lot for the development of a nation. They bring out new ideas and techniques. Managers are those who contribute to the development of the organization started by the entrepreneurs.

WE NEED MORE ENTREPRENEURS THAN MANAGERS.

This is because India has the world's largest youth population. Young people are the builders of the nation. They can bring about a great change in the field of management. They have a great entrepreneurship quality. On the other hand aged people can be good managers due to their experience in life.

They can help the young entrepreneurs. As India has largest youth population they can contribute their young innovative minds in management which can take us from a developing position to a developed one.

Hi all, Entrepreneur is a manager in itself. Manager is not something who works under some people. In the same way Entrepreneur is not some who works independently. They more probably refers to the same aspect of work- for the economic growth of the country.

An entrepreneur establishes a business and give the opportunities to managers to help him/her for the development of the country. From the current situation of our country, we need more entrepreneurs. That is correct. But the managers along with the entrepreneurs can lead to growth of the country.
