We Need More Entrepreneurs than Managers

Hi every one,

When speak of every one then it means I see you as a group not as an individual this is the problem in our management sector today we find more managers than entrepreneurs. We are individual beings and should learn to make our identity as an individual and not as a group a group leader is always praised for its group so good emerging minds should be set to be future leaders than to stuff their brains by restricted activities from school level they should allow the students creativity to flourish and grow. This will lead to a leading country with better lifestyle and better level of business.

As per me,

- Entrepreneurs may be more effective for a society, they are the ones who create jobs for the people who may be managers but not entrepreneurs.

- More entrepreneurs implies more jobs.

- More revenue for the people as well as for the country.

- More role models for the youngsters.

Word managers may sound good but they always have to work under pressure with less scope of creativity and experiments in their work. But anyhow the are important.

So the balance between the two is important.

Yes we need more entrepreneurs than managers. More entrepreneurs in the country means setting up of more and more enterprises in the country and setting up of more and more enterprises in the country would result in betterment of employment opportunities in the country and boost the economy by way of increase in GDP and per capital income.

An entrepreneur bears the financial risks and take the initiative to starts a new business and has the ability, skills and competence which a manager possess to run day to day business. On the other hand managers are the persons who plan, build and monitor the objective set by the entrepreneurs to achieve the overall objects of the businesses set up by the entrepreneurs.

Conclusion:-

In my opinion there is an need of having more entrepreneurs in the country for both creating employment opportunities and betterment of the economy by contributing the GDP and per capital income of the country. However. We can not ignore the contribution of the good managers in success of the business setup by the entrepreneurs as merely setting up of more an d more enterprises will not solve the purpose.

As per my opinion both entrepreneur and manager has different position in company entrepreneurs is the person who takes the initiative to start a business and manager is the person who works as a employ in the company.

And as per the India's requirement we need more entrepreneurs so that more job opportunities could be created. Even our engineer and doctor can stop going to foreign country, thus it could lead to more development in country.

I would like to discuss about the topic that whether India needs more Entrepreneurs or managers.

What my viewpoint about this is that both managers and Entrepreneurs play is pivotal role in an organisation. And an organisation can not sustain without absence of even any one of them. So both are necessary but what I feel is that the what current requirement of India is entrepreneurs. More and more entrepreneurs as because this would mean more new startups, more job opportunities, strong economy and overall development of the place. This is what the current need of India is. Moreover its Entrepreneurs only who later become an organisation and hire the managers for there firms.

Conclusion : India currently requires more and more Entrepreneurs as because Entrepreneurs would later hire managers.

Nowadays, both managers and entrepreneurs are playing a vital role for organization. But entrepreneur creates the opportunities to get the job but managers are required to give the right way to get success. An entrepreneur is a manager in itself, even he is more than a manager serving more people, takes more risk and responsibility compared to a manager.

As the discussion goes on I would share my views saying that an entrepreneur and a manager are like the driver and wheels of an organization.

According to me entrepreneurs play very vital role as they take the risk to start up the business or set up the organization. Manager help them to enlarge the business by managing activities in and around, plans strategy those are beneficial to the organization.

Like a developing country like India, who have a greater possibility of emerging, entrepreneur is needed than managers. More entrepreneurs contribute more investment and increases turnover of the country.

Yes that's very true we need more entrepreneurs than managers I am happy that this topic has come up. Its like common sense that we need more entrepreneurs because everybody in our country wants to do job. But jobs would only be available when business would be there and in order to establish business entrepreneurs needs to emerge.

Government should appreciate the efforts of people wanting to become entrepreneur because also have an impact on our national income employment ratio and stuff. And besides its better to create jobs rather than searching jobs. The reason our country suffers is because we only believe in working jobs. We should learn from countries like you. Yes that creates job.

They don't even have much problem with economy because there entrepreneurship is spread world, they setup multinational companies like coca-cola we work in such companies other than that they produces things that whole world uses like automobiles, cellphones etc. We should also take on entrepreneurship and most importantly it would solve air problem of unemployment people of our country would be employed in our country itself.

Of course I feel that entrepreneurs are required more than managers because entrepreneurs always try to face risks and they will come out of that and they make many new business, he undertakes every activities by his own than making work by others, but its not similar in case of managers, I'm not saying managers will not face anything but they follows some else and they makes the work by suggesting others.

But entrepreneurs make everyone to create their own new things and ideas, however both are very much required but comparing in between them entrepreneurs are much important.
