We Need More Entrepreneurs than Managers

Hello everyone.

My view as per current market situation is that both entrepreneur and manager both are best at their roles where entrepreneur takes huge risks and manager makes that risk into good by their skills into that business or company.

Both have their important roles in the market. Every entrepreneur need a good manager who can manage their business and every manager need an entrepreneur who can take huge risk and make a platform for managers.

If we look at global situation then definitely we can say that a country need more entrepreneurs than Managers only because of their role and productive output, an entrepreneur comes with new and innovative ideas.

While manager helps him to work on it, as we know in reality there is a very less entrepreneur in the world who got success and number of manager is producing by higher managerial and technical institutes of the country but number of entrepreneur are less only because of lack of innovative ideas and ability to take risk.

I think what we must strive for is an entrepreneurial mindset even in managers so that they can bring in innovation and calculated risk taking in all the projects they handle. This will definitely give a sharper edge to the ability of managers to contribute their part in the growth apart from managing.

Also in India we need to encourage individuals who seek to venture out in the unknown territory because not everyone can do that! We need entrepreneurs to build new things indigenous without which our country will remain dependent on the world for its pace of growth!

According to my point on view both are play vital role. Entrepreneur is a back bone of the business and manger is mind of the business than helps both a them a business successfully run. We all know that without back bone a body can't survive his life or on the other hand without mind we can't live so it is also similarly with a business. Entrepreneur and manager both are equally important.

Managers are the persons that decide well and entrepreneurs are the persons that how to update and or change strategy to develop business growth. Entrepreneurs are the modular pattern decider as well. That's why we need to entrepreneurs more than managers.

What I think is both entrepreneurs and managers are essential for market since entrepreneur takes risk, invest money and starts up a new business and hires a manager then to prosper his business.

Since institutes are producing more number of managers these days and risk takes are very less in number.

So, if there will be no risk takes, who will hire these managers. Less entrepreneurs will lead to unemployment. So both are essential but entrepreneurs are more important.

I would like to add my some opinion in this topic.

I think our country sterling to development GDP production new technology, major reason behind of it, lack of entrepreneurs not lack of talent not lack of management, entrepreneurs mean " the person who is able to tack risk, and creation is must so we have need entrepreneurs not management at the time".

I think both are play vital role for the organisation. One that is the backbone of the organisation and another is the eye of the organisation.

According to me,

A country, to get successful need both entrepreneurs as well as managers in same ratio. A little imbalance in their ratio can cause a huge loss to country in many different ways like economic as well as social entrepreneurs are for those who want to change the world with their ideas and believe in themselves, ready to take risk and want to lead the world. On other hand, managers help them complete their dream.

I think we need more entrepreneur than managers because a good entrepreneur also possess managerial skills along with leadership skills, so he can manage to deal with or tackle the situation related to management without any pressure.
