Entrepreneurs are the founder of any company, innovative ideas can be derived from them so in my point of view, entrepreneurs are the most important part responsible for evolving the business. They are a risk taker and if there is no entrepreneur then there is no value of a manager. Job opportunities can be increased by the entrepreneurs and managers are also existing just because of them. They are responsible for widespread the business throughout the world. So the entrepreneur is the vital part of upgrading the status of our country. Entrepreneurs emerge as one amongst thousands and we should be thankful to them for improving the economy of our county by expanding their business worldwide. There is immense need of encouraging the entrepreneurs so that managers could also get opportunities for showcasing their managerial skills.

According to me.
We need more entrepreneurs than managers because an entrepreneur create the job and they start a company from scratch they spent their whole life to built a company, if there is no job then there are no managers both of them are connected and they all are very important for the society.

Hi All,
I would like to add few more points it.
The country like India needs more entrepreneur than the manager.
The manager plays the important role in driving the business towards success by maintaining the data to day activity with his employees of the organization.
Enterpreneurs are one who invole in themselves to their vision, innovation, ideas turned into reality in which it will create the job opportunities for peoples.
We can create a number of the manager if we giving the good training for 6 months about how exactly run the business then he will maintain the business towards success.
But we cannot create number of entrepreneur as like manager by giving the training, their ideas will be different from everyone, their ideas will be different from all,
They have to sacrifices their entire life to create something, In which provide for employment opportunities to the peoples.
The manager knows his path and takes us for all the things to run the business.
An entrepreneur takes us down the unknown path to success our life.
I am giving an example of a home where entire family leads a good life.
The manager is like wife and Entrepreneur like Husband. Husband has to work hard to save his family. Whether he earns the money, his wife will maintain the household things.
Once he loses their interest work then the whole family deserve death or go hungry.
Still, we want to think about our country where all the peoples are going to the US to settle down their life also we completely depend on the US by providing the only services.
Once we lose the project or business then we will face plenty of difficulties.
We have to be king so then Indian Govt has to promote create more entrepreneurs rather than a manager.
I would like to add few more points it.

Hi Everyone, I think both are important pillars for an organization. Managers are those who have skills to manage all the day to day activities & things which could play crucial role for driving the business well & efficient manner while on the other hand entrepreneurs are having innovative ideas & having an ability to convert those ideas into new business opportunities, ability to take higher risk for higher returns & better economic growth. Hello everyone I think both play an important role because an entrepreneur can give or create opportunities for the people or the job seekers but managers will manage the day to day activities which entrepreneur cannot do if he do so then there can be a chance of hindrance in the decision making and this also impacts on the profitability of the organization. But if all the task related to day to day activities are managed by the managers than an entrepreneur can focus on the decision making of the organization.
Conclusion: we need both of them because they both are the eyes of the organization and we need more entrepreneur with efficient managers that work for the organization.

I think we need both managers and entrepreneur as an entrepreneur can manage his business but not all entrepreneurs can manage their business. Not all can be all-rounders. So an entrepreneur needs managers. And a manager also needs an entrepreneur to work with. Therefore they both need each other.

See what I think that manager comes from the entrepreneurs, why because to be a manager we need much of skills, capability to handle decisions, efficiency to get the work done, etc which can from entrepreneurs. If we have qualification then we can be managers. But to be an entrepreneur we need to have those characteristics which can ideally be needed to become a manager.

Yes, we need more entrepreneurs than managers because entrepreneurs are the risk-takers and in any organisation risk is involved. But managers do not bear much risk as they are not the owners of the organisation.

Yes, I agree. We need more entrepreneurs than managers. For becoming a manager you need only qualification and experience but for becoming an entrepreneur; you need vision, conference, consistency and decision power. An entrepreneur is a person with ideas, skill, and courage who would take any risk to pursue that idea, to turn it into a reality. Managers are just a part of company and entrepreneurs are nothing but the owners.
