We Need More Entrepreneurs than Managers

According to my point of view;.

We need both managers as well as an entrepreneur in order to successfully running of the organisation because the entrepreneur is a person who sets up their own business with their creative idea with all the risk but also we need managers to manages the whole organisation day to day things.

I would like to add a point over here and it is as follows, entrepreneur not only give innovative ideas, it also brings a large number of employment, increases the revenue of the company and so does the increment in profit. Whereas role of a manager is also crucial in a organization but one can easily get an idea through this that if there will be no new ideas, what management does a manager hold.

I would like to add one different point.

Even if most of you agreed on same point that entrepreneurs help in development of the country more as compared to managers as they take risk and start the business with some innovative ideas, but we also have to look towards how many of these become successful. So even though entrepreneurs form integral part of the development of the country, there would always be need of managers to make their business efficient which would lead them to become successful. So both of them have to work hand in hand.

India is one of the largest country in terms of population and our is facing biggest problem i.e. unemployement.

This can be solved by entrepreneurs than managers. The entrepreneurs can increase the country economy rate and GDP too.

In my opinion, that entrepreneur is very important than manager because the entrepreneur is a person who starts the business and takes a risk but manger are those people who perform the task he is not a risk while entrepreneur providers a work and create job opportunities for people and give a contribution in economic development.

Entrepreneur has innovative ideas which is always in demand. Any idea after sometime will be stable and be taken over by some other advanced idea/ technology so a constant improvement of ideas of a company at par with the demand should always be there. Further, an entrepreneur can always manage his team if needed because managing team needs understanding of your team members, time and work management which doesn't need any management degree to apply. I believe any person who has already proved his innovative skills can master that as well. So, although we need both entrepreneur and managers equally but entrepreneur cannot be compromised ever.

In my opinion, we need more managers than entrepreneurs.

As a Government has introduced many different programmes such as MAKE-IN INDIA and STARTUP INDIA, the only reason behind its failure is lack of good management team. We have hundreds of people around with great business ideas but they fail in leading their businesses because of poor management only as only capital, business idea and decision making is not merely enough for a person to become a leading business tycoon. Skilled and knowledgeable managers are more important to run a business healthy and smoothly. Thus, we need more good managers.

We need more entrepreneurs than managers because,

1. To establish make in India project we need more innovative ideas which can be provided by them only.
2. To create more employment opportunities as by setting up industry or business.
3. To create an investment line for the foreign investor as if there are more entrepreneurs foreign investors are willing to invest their money in Indian business so as to create more FDI.
4. Without idea, we can't go forward as manager has no role to play without any business which will be set up by entrepreneurs.

In my opinion, both are important in their place. An entrepreneur is a person who starts a business and generates employment and manager is that person who manages the business activities.

In the present scenario, we need more entrepreneur to create employment because.

Now we are facing an employment problem at large.

The manager is the part of entrepreneur's organization or business.

More entrepreneurs will give more managers. But managers cannot appoint an entrepreneur. . Entrepreneurs means person who is entering into new business. More entrepreneurs will create more employment and this will be contribute to our country.
