We Need More Entrepreneurs than Managers

As a Government has introduced many different programmes such as MAKE-IN INDIA and STARTUP INDIA, the only reason behind its failure is lack of good management team. We have hundreds of people around with great business ideas but they fail in leading their businesses because of poor management only as only capital, business idea and decision making is not merely enough for a person to become a leading business tycoon. Skilled and knowledgeable managers are more important to run a business healthy and smoothly. Thus, we need more good managers.

The best way to understand the importance of both entrepreneur and manager is a lavish, sophisticated car which needs a driver (entrepreneur) and wheel (manager). A car cannot function well without a good driver and even after having a good driver it cannot move without its wheel. But the transformation from developing to the developed nation can only happen when we get rid of the word unemployment. For this, we need to respect new thoughts and ideas coming out of brains which otherwise can become 'Brain Drain'. Their efforts need to be assisted, appreciated and recognized. We are happy to have a Modi-led government who is trying to take all possible steps to make entrepreneurs feel safe and have a smooth experience while opening a new business. We need to understand that if we want a Microsoft or Apple companies from India then we need to support such talents.

In my opinion, both are important in their place. An entrepreneur is a person who starts a business and generates employment and manager is that person who manages the business activities.

In the present scenario, we need more entrepreneur to create employment because.

Now we are facing an employment problem at large.

The manager is the part of entrepreneur's organization or business.

I feel we need more Entrepreneurs in INDIA because INDIA is growing country with a maximum track record of startup failures. For a growing national business is an essential thing to maintain a growth of the economy. Government is taking the initiative to promote entrepreneurs. If we get number of successful entrepreneurs that they will create job opportunities and also helps us to maintain the economic growth of the nation.

Yeah, I do agree An entrepreneur is a person who takes risks, puts in effort & perseveres to achieve the end result. At the end, he may be rewarded for his effort. He sets examples and shows other people that a certain thing can be achieved by being an example himself. A manager by virtue of his profession is normally assigned a particular task & assigned some resources. He has to complete the assignment with the constraints imposed on him. An entrepreneur should be a good manager to manage his team & his resources. Managerial skills are essential for an entrepreneur to succeed.

A manager can be built with the degree only when an Entrepreneur can be making by experience and he can make as many managers under it which may again become an entrepreneur.

According to my point of view we need more entrepreneurs because entrepreneurs are risk taking business persons who establish a company to achieve something. But managers are the persons who just manages the persons of his team to accomplish the given task.

As we are observing a MAJOR PROBLEM that our rupee value is decreasing day by day because of so many reasons but one among them is ENCOURAGE OF OTHER COUNTRY PRODUCTS.

So there is each and every need of entrepreneur for establishing new companies producing good products so that they act as OBSTACLES for not buying other countries products also providing employment to many educated which is SECOND major problem of our country.

So by encouraging entrepreneurs we can solve two major problems and also many minor problems and make our country INDEPENDENT on other country.

According to me, we need more Entrepreneurs than manager am not talking that we do not need a manager, it is not like that. As the name suggested an Entrepreneurship act of designing, modelling of business in terms of gaining profit and somehow manager wants to gain profit but the difference is that working power is limited but an Entrepreneurs' not.

And the major difference is the manager give the job to the right person but an Entrepreneur invents the job to increase the brand level of the company.

The manager always thinks about the company somehow as an employee but an Entrepreneur thinks overall perspectives regarding the growth of a company like brand level, CRM (Customer Relationship Management), positive feedback etc.

We always want a person who should think regarding our (customer) satisfaction and growth of company also.

So, we need more Entrepreneur than the manager. THAT'S ALL.

Yes, we need more entrepreneur than manager Because A entrepreneur is who developed a new idea, Skill and create employment. Developing Country like India the biggest problem is unemployment. We should create awareness between people to attaract towards creat entrepreneurship. Our PM Narendra Modi also introduced many schemes like Startup India, Make in India. Obviously This scheme helpful to all the young Generation who are interested to Entrepreneur. Besides everything I think entrepreneurship is only the to create employment and to make a developed country because we have the 2nd most human resource which we can use their knowledge, experience, risk taking capacity and new idea can make our country developed.

I would like to discuss about the topic that whether India needs more Entrepreneurs or managers.

What my viewpoint about this is that both managers and Entrepreneurs play is pivotal role in an organisation. And an organisation can not sustain without absence of even any one of them. So both are necessary but what I feel is that the what current requirement of India is entrepreneurs. More and more entrepreneurs as because this would mean more new startups, more job opportunities, strong economy and overall development of the place. This is what the current need of India is. Moreover its Entrepreneurs only who later become an organisation and hire the managers for there firms.

Conclusion : India currently requires more and more Entrepreneurs as because Entrepreneurs would later hire managers.

My view as per current market situation is that both entrepreneur and manager both are best at their roles where entrepreneur takes huge risks and manager makes that risk into good by their skills into that business or company.

Both have their important roles in the market. Every entrepreneur need a good manager who can manage their business and every manager need an entrepreneur who can take huge risk and make a platform for managers.
