We Need More Entrepreneurs than Managers

Hello everyone.

Thank you for having me here. I am glad to be here.

1) As per my perspective, entrepreneurs is more needed at this time for a better economy in India.

2) Right now lots of entrepreneurs are investing in India and Indians are just ready to do their jobs. That is a big reason for unemployment.

3) We should spread the awareness of the importance of entrepreneurship, after the development of business in India, we will not depend on any other country. Youngsters will get new opportunities and jobs.

4) But problem is that everyone wants an easy life, 6 digit salary, and a comfort zone because in business we have to give extra time and energy for development.

5) Right now we are in the developing phase economy has been totally vanished due to the covid pandemic.

6) Indians are also very talented and enthusiastic in every aspect. But it is the duty of govt to give opportunities to these young people and invest their money.

In my opinion both entrepreneurs and manager play a important role to do any business. But entrepreneurs is most important because entrepreneurs is the only person who start a business by taking risk and give employment opportunities to many people and manager is the person who play a role in growth of company.

Our GD topic is we need more entrepreneurs than manager's.

Yes, we are in a country were doing the world leading population country in world.

We have very least employment opportunities in our country.

We need more entrepreneurs than manager's because entrepreneurs can improve the business and make more innovations day by day And can decrease unemployment rate In India.

As we have opportunities like statup and make in India program which is started by our respected prime minister.

Which can support innovative ideas of business and creating employment were developed.

Example : cognitrex, Byjusapp a startup company created employment for many people.

So, I conclude by saying that we require many entrepreneurs than mangers.

No doubt we need more entrepreneurs than managers.

We are in developing country and our government is promoting start-up India and make-in-India program to create more entrepreneurs. More will be the entrepreneurs, more the production of goods and services, more no of job creation, and hence more will be the need of managers to manage the resources.

Therefore, more will be the entrepreneurs, there will be an increase in no of managers for handling the no of activities.

In my opinion, entrepreneurs should be more as compared with managers. In India, two main issues are there one is poverty and other is unemployment. There are so many people who don't get a job. So an entrepreneur can solve these social problems by providing jobs and thus reducing poverty.

According to my perspective, we need more entrepreneurs than manager. As we see our today's condition everyone wants to become a job seeker no one wants to be a job giver. Because being an entrepreneur is risk-taking and no one wants to take the risk. Our government has started many programs like MAKE IN INDIA and STARTUP INDIA but no one is aware of that. So I think schools and college classes should be started so that they can get an idea and innovative minds.

In my opinion entrepreneur and manager both are important for an organisation because the manager cannot be an entrepreneur but an entrepreneur can be a manager and he can do the work of managers as well as an entrepreneur. In developing countries like India need of an entrepreneur is more than a manager because they have resources but they don't know how to utilize their resources for this honourable prime minister of INDIA Narendra Modi ji bring the concept of start-up India. In this they have given many opportunities for those who wish to open up their venture or an enterprise by this employment can be removed so I believe in that entrepreneur is more important than the manager. The manager helps for the companies growth but entrepreneur helps for the overall growth of the country.

Yes we need more entrepreneurs than managers. Because an entrepreneur is a person who creates own employment for his and creates employment for others. But managers just he manages all the available resources to get the objectives and goals set by the management.

According to me, we need more entrepreneurs than the manager. And an entrepreneur can create an own market by his own ideas which to expand the market globally and he will become inspiration for new starters.

I would like to take this opportunity to speak on this topic :

First of all India is a developing country, with large no.of resources and demographic dividend besides with huge population.

These are all the favorable factors for Entrepreneurship which in turn provides employment, increases exports, uses resources eventually increasing the standards of living of the people and contributing a lot to GDP which will make India a developed country.

If we look all developed countries the percentage of entrepreneurship is seen more. This makes a country developed country. There are different types of entrepreneurs can be seen like Innovative entrepreneurs, imitative entrepreneurs and conservative entrepreneurs.

The present government is making a great support to entrepreneurship by removing red tapism and making single window system, giving loans business in less time and providing subsidy in the tax.

Thus making the products in the country, will reduce imports and increase economy. Besides managers are the people required to manage the existing organization hence they also play a role along with entrepreneurs. But Entrepreneurs are the need of the hour.

As innumerable points have already being discussed in this long queue of ideas and points.

I would like to add a very important point to this discussion. Its not that both Entrepreneurs and Managers have to be different personalities. They can be the same person with both the qualities.

An entrepreneur can't be successful with a great idea if he is not able to plan, manage and implement it well.

On the other side, a manager can only be successful if he thinks that the idea/work he is supposed to do belongs to him assuming it to be his own business task.

Therefore we can say, we need both manager along with entrepreneurs in order to make out economy progress.
