Hi friends.
I support the topic. The water resources must be nationalized.
There are many advantages.
1. Water resources will be used effectively and reduction in wastage of water.
2. The problem of disputes between the states will be avoided to maximum extent.
3. Since the water resources are under the control of national government it will take prevention on supply of water to farmers.
4. Scarcity problem will be reduced.
5. Building of dams will be reduced and hence that amount must be used for other purpose.
There are disadvantages to.
Because of this there may be corruption, many political issues may arise.
In my point of view they can be reduced by aligning one department separately and that department must be given superior powers.
Let us consider as example that one state requires more amount of water at one season and other state at other season, . In this case the department will take care and produce water as per requirements.

Hi Friends,
I would like to suggest my views on this topic. According to me water is the natural resource. India is an agricultural country. So water resources will be nationalized means all villages and agriculture also developed. But in urban estates some people misuse the water Government must take necessary steps to remove this problem.

Water resources should be nationalized. Because agriculture is backbone of our country and also we can't survive without water. If it is nationalized there is no conflict between the states of our country. Through this we can improve agriculture, so, the productivity is more and we can get all goods more cheaper. And employment will be more. Our country will become economically strong.

A big NO. Because it takes a lot of special attention from the center to manage such resources. That means more delay, more scope of corruption and increased chance of using water as a political weapon. Imagine the possibility of conflict if the union and the state is ruled by two different parties. The best union could do is developing comprehensive guidelines for water utilization.

According to me nationalization of water resources has its own pros and cons.
The brighter side promises reduced inter -state conflicts, lower exploitation by individual states, higher portion of water available to farmers and greater monetary support allocation by the Central Government. Further if water is privatized in high water consuming sectors of metro- cities it would reduce overuse of water. On the other end it could lead to unfairly distribution of water by the government. Therefore it is difficult to come to a unanimous conclusion.

Water is a natural resource. But this time a lot people are wasting this natural resource due to some bad guys foolish work other persons are also facing problem of water. This resource is continuously decreasing in all over the world. But government is not taking any step over this they are looking after themselves. There must be strict rule over the use of water if this is not done early then world is going to face a great problem. Water must be considered as a nationalised resource so that people can give value to it.
There must be proper advertisement over it so that people in all over can understand the value of the water, what's the importance of water in our life.
Don't waste water otherwise you will be a sufferer.

From my point of view water resources should be nationalized so that the power of usage of water lies in the hands of the central government and if that govt is strong can reduce the quarrels between the states and can distribute them according to the need of the states and it can have the right to supply that in an efficient way to all the states without nationalization it is like giving sweets to children and telling them to distribute among themselves, so it should be nationalized, like railway budget, finance budget there should be water budget in which the drought areas should be recognized through expert committees and should be distributed.
We the Indians we should be united in sharing our resources and help the states which are facing shortage of resources so that we can live happily and develop in a quicker way.

Hi Friends in my point of view nationalization of rivers should be done by all means.
It not only helps the farmers and the middle class it also helps the revenue of our country, the more the farmers grow, the less we are dependent on other countries.
Anyways in the northern side people are vastly getting affected by floods and most of the water goes to sea without proper usage. Even though it increases corruption but lakhs and lakhs of farmers won't die every year because of droughts.
The only solution is govt should start implementing the project in one side and slowly the development will continue to other states.
Its real petty the country which was rich in all wealth and natural resource is suffering currently in the hands of politicians. JAI HIND.
