Hello friends.
In my point of view, there should be a complete ban on tobacco because it is injurious to our health and leading cause of many fatal diseases like brain tumors, cancer, and lung disease. It does not affect only the persons who are addictive to it but also their surroundings.
Many of us excuse that the government Generates a high revenue from tobacco production then I want to ask a question that it can get more tax from drug products then why these are illegal. Second many say that people get jobs in this profession. Then why smugglers are caught by police. They are doing just their jobs.
I finally want to say that these types of activities are illegal and these should be ban.
Govt. Should take the right steps in this direction if govt can't take the right action to save people then govt has no right to get challan from people on the name of that they want to save people from road accidents.

In my opinion, baning is not a solution to this or any other problem, because if you ban a product it would lead to illegal marketing of that product. For eg. In gujrat liquor is ban still a huge number of people consume it illegally. A good solution to this problem is to create awareness and to find alternative solutions to this problem. Like nicotine could help effectively. Banning would also lead to an increase in the price of tobacco products, eventually if one wants to have it he will get it in high rates. Thousands of tribal people are in tobacco business and farming; they would be lost their jobs. Excess to anything is injuries. So rather than banning better planning is needed.

Tobacco isn't banned. What is happening?
Millions of people consuming it, getting addicted to it, damaging their body, increasing pressure on health sector, people of all age has easy access to it so might b there is no control over will of an indivisual and get influenced by their surroudings.
Suppose tobacco banned instantly what will happen?
Millions of people mostly farmers, the people earning by putting a stall beside the road and many others will loose their daily earnings, there will be a huge pressure on an indiviual and the government due to this job crisis, other than this the addicted consumers will try to find many ways to get it and there will be an increase in the black and illegal marketing, may b they shift to other drug products.
So, not banning tobacco is damaging the people every second and banning it will cause both huge merit and demerit impact. The way I think to curve it is first shifting major people from this sector to other, mass campaign of awareness and then ban the tobacco.

I think banning is not a solution because after banning many of small shops will destroy and people will jobless also there is a possibility that they start buying it illegally. The people who take it also shift to another drug that will harm them. Also banning tobacco is not a solution. A huge campaign has to start so that they can know the merits and demerits of it.

Yes, it should be banned because it is not a healthy product and many people are suffering because of it.
But banning tobacco is not the only solution to this. If tobacco gets banned then, it will have a great impact on the people's who are tobacco addicts. Illegal supply of tobacco will start and it's price will also rise which is also a serious issue. People's who are involved in the making of tobacco will be greatly affected. They will immediately lose their job and will have nothing to do for a living. Therefore, before banning tobacco government should take proper actions for the people's. They should do proper planning for eg rehab centres should be opened for people who are tobacco addicts, other work opportunities for daily wagers who work in tobacco making so that they have something to work upon for a living.
If we banned tobacco our GDP of the country will also fall down which is another serious issue that needs resolution.
So, I will like to conclude with this that tobacco can be banned but with proper planning and actions.
Thank you. Have a great day ahead.

Hello everyone.
I think tobacco must be banned as it is very hazardous to health. It causes cancer and so many diseases. Not only it affects to those who smoke, it also effects on surrounding people as well. Every year we heard so many cases of tobacco. It directly attacks on lungs thus it causes diseases related to respiration.
The main problem is tobacco is easily available in the market. Anyone can buy it. We need to make some strict reforms so that it won't be accessed by common people.
Teenagers think that it's a very cool thing and it will increase their swag but that's not true. It will increase the possibility of death or it will take us closer to death. They get easily affected by advertisements on TV. Generally, their favourite hero or cricketer advertise tobacco so they think they must try it so first we need to ban such type of ads.
At last, I would like to say if you want to stay healthy and want to live longer then say no to tobacco.

Good morning all.
We are here to discuss should tobacco be banned.
We all know that tobacco is very injurious for health, which is also written on the packet of tobacco. It is made from tobacco plants which is a very addictive drug. It has a direct adverse effect on the respiratory system of a person and the nervous system of the brain. It also gives birth to cancer and tuberculosis. And we all know there is no complete treatment of cancer has discovered yet.
Nowadays youths are also attracted towards it and women also. Babies born from these women who are eating tobacco are nor healthy. So, in their adult age, they suffer a lot of respiratory diseases. From this, we knew that it has an indirect effect on upcoming generations.
May a tobacco packet is of 5 to 10 rupees but when it becomes to cancer, it ruins a lot of money may be it 5 to 10 lakh.
We understand that by eating tobacco, it doesn't give us the energy to work more or it doesn't have any positive effect on a person.
So, by considering these points, I would like to keep my personal opinion that it should be banned.

Hello everyone.
Tobacco must be banned or not?
Yes, it should be. There is nothing to say no. If we talk about the current scenario it's just not only affecting the person who is consuming it but others too. They spit on the road and pollute the environment, the bacterias float in the air the road becomes dirty, the whole atmosphere gets polluted. To keep the environment healthy and safe government should ban tobacco and make sure that the tobacco industries must be shut.

Good morning to one and all!
Now the given topic is "Tobacco must be banned. Yes or no".
Yes, it should be banned why because we already know smoking & drinking alcohol are injurious to health. If a person is smoking means it will damage his life along with others who are at his surroundings. I don't know why the government is taking much time to ban these addicted habits. We know how the government is taking precautions related to traffic rules. They are collecting fines for the persons who are not travelling without licence or helmet or seat belt. But when coming to this case we are just finding the quotations like "smoking is injurious to health" or "Don't drink alcohol or cigarette" written mostly in public areas. If they start collecting fines for these addicted habits people will get some awareness & they at least control these habits to not to exhibit in public areas & government should make awareness among the people through advertisements & short films. Mostly teenagers are attracted to hero's attitude in movies & they try to imitate them.
The persons who are addicted to these kinds of habits should think about their family members because annually so many members are dying due to these kinds of bad habits.
