Good morning everyone,

I would like to speak a few words on this topic in my point of view people are getting money what they deserve they get placed in many companies and it is not that easy company analysis the student behaviour in many ways but organising diff rounds it understands the student skills ability his leadership qualities and many more and finally he gets paid what he deserve.

So I conclude by saying everyone gets what they deserve.

I think in current scenario MBA graduate gets whatever he deserves because most of the companies which comes for campus recruitment will come with two components of salary one is fixed while other is variable and variable component are always high so it entirely depend upon candidates skills and his performance that how much he is going to earn so whatever he will get is entirely depend upon his performance rather than on his tag of MBA.

we should not generalize this statement for everyone. There are managers who really are responsible for the company uplift and progress. Why not managers hold the responsibility whatever happens in their domain ,they definitely deserves good salary but comparing there salary with other employers makes no logic .After all when a ship drawn the caption of the ship held responsible for not the sailors or the crew members.

I do go with the point above stated salaries, actually depends on the capability and position of the person. Moreover salaries depends highly on the performance of the person it does not mean that a person having MBA degree will get high salary by performing poor. Mba degree is not a matter of fact fully for determing the salary of the person. Moroever this particular matter cannot be universally accepted for all.

Hi friends,

After all salary is all depend on candidate personality and their role in the organization so it is hardly matter that to say MBA person get high rise in salary than other degrees. Today`s scenario is completely changed there were nothing like tag mark of "MBA" in corporate world, if candidate from any field doing faithfully to the organization he/she obvious get rise in salary.

We cant say that the salary mbas are getting, they are not deserving for it. Nowadays every company is hiring mba students for better management to make company success. Companies success depends upon the person who is leading it. For good manager they have to bear the cost. Generally the salary which is given to person it is a portion of money what the person has given to company.

When an MBA fresher enters in a company he/she gets a salary what the company's policy decides. It is up-to him how fast he grows and shows his/her talent and smart work in the company. Then the company decides whether to give a certain high position to that candidate or not. Because it is not government sector so the deserving candidate has not to wait for long time for promotion.

According to me, the salary depends on the personal ability of a person we can't say that MBA students get more salary then they deserve. It is also depend on experience of person for example fresher get less salary as compare to that person who having an experience for 1 or 2 years. So it is not right to say that MBA student get more salary than they deserved.

According to me, this notion is wrong. To be an MBA is in itself a very tough task. One has to work hard, sacrifice everything to be in an IIM. Afterwards, the job they get is mostly from private multinational companies which take each and every drop of juice out of them.

They deserve it, man. It's not easy to be an MBA.
