Technology is driving us forward and in this world of I pads, blackberry's we can not comment that technology is a bane for mankind as far as income disparity is concerned it reflects governance deficit and policy crisis. In India there lives two types of societies, the fast web, techie suave societies earning fat and the other is the one which do not have basic amenities. In this regards technology can be used in a better way to provide them better education, and transparent governance so that they may be pulled to run with the fast moving world and may earn in comparision to their urban counterparts. So in my opinion in India its our goverment that has not used technology to effective use otherwise technology bridges the Income gap.

Technology, as the definition goes, is the making use of the knowledge of tools, machines, techniques, systems or methods of organization to solve a problem effectively and efficiently. Thus the use of technology helps us to acheive greater efficiency in terms of speed, productivity and income. The cause of economic disparity between the rich and poor, urban and rural people often attributes to the fact that the people who are rich or who are from urban regions of our country have better access to the proper utilization of the various technological marvels of our age.

Hence, in my view the unequal oppurtunity to access technology is the driving force behind the disparities in income between people belonging to the different strata of our society, but on the other hand it is the technical know how when properly distributed among people can help us to bridge the income disparities. For example, today farmers in our country are getting better oppurtunity to use hybrid seeds, modern equipments and technical knowledge of our scientists to increase their yield of crops thereby increasing their income.

Technology in general is greater impact in the world whether in terms of social or economical it has created major reflection on income of day to day resources and wages of people and yes it has made income disparities between the employees working in same environment and their is situation which creates clashes based on employees age, employees experience in company and more over employees management and technical skill are basic needs which is necessary for company which may vary from person to person and their personality and the quality of representing and presenting their technical skills which creates the barrier for difference between income disparities.

The Technical skill and management skill is the most important role for the process of technology to be popular which in general impacts on the income resources of people,

The technology which gains most profit would be equally creating higher profit which may increase the company reputation, status and may also increase statistical ratio profit, projects and works of company which may increase the income of one company and other developing company may lead to be seated in backward place which may decline their process of deals and statistical profit which is totally indicative on their income resource so Yes I would like to conclude that the Technology impacts on income which may lead to income disparities.

As far as my point of view technology does creates income disparity as modern India because of our education standard is not comprehensive and large population of nation are deprived and unable to understand how to use and get knowledge about technology.

Company or organizations give jobs those who are English proficient and technologically sound, that's why those who have these prerequisite got jobs and earn more, and those like rural ones are underprivileged because they are unskilled.

So there is need of reform in education and participation of government to provide technological education to the entire nation especially ruler areas because technology is a source which is not only developed or increased individual income but also decide the growth of nation and no one country look as developed country until there is equality. So participation of everyone is required that change the way we think about negative side of technology.

Thanks.

As per my point of view technology doesn't create income. Yes ofcourse technology makes our work easy we can do same work in less time duration using technology but it only help in creating income. It is human mind which actually use and create that technology in oder to increase income. Basic root of income is human brain thus technology only helps to create income.

According to me technology makes income, no doubt in that, but only for those having knowledge of that technology, otherwise technology alone can't make any income. For example if we have cell phone with so many features but if we are not able to take advantage of it just because we do not have knowledge of how to use that. So in short these are the skills and techniques which makes income.

As per my view I think that technology does not create income disparities. Technology has affected individual in terms of jobs and skills. It has improved and helped society to improve the standards of living, style of living etc. It has made data processing faster, and today we could efficiently share our information to all through network.

We should try to enhance this technology and I guess our Government should take good care about spreading technical knowledge to each and every individual and specially the rural people because nwadays if people are not aware of the technology, then they are definately going to suffer.

If taken care, technology can drastically change the economy of our country. Technology has created new opportunities for the individuals, reduced costs as every1 does not have to wander from here or there for every information, so it has saved a lot of time and has also improved decision making.

So it would be very beneficial for all of us if we take technology in a positive manner.

Having access to technology can help people to gain better access to information and improve upon their daily activities. There is a 'Digital Divide' that exists n India due to unaffordability of the huge rural population for technology. Better access to technology can help farmers learn about market prices and better practices in accordance with the data from meteorological organizations. Also farmers can know about which crops to produce regarding current climatic data and predictions regarding weather changes and monsoon cycles. This can improve their livelihood, demand better prices from middlemen and raise their incomes.

Also with technological exposure people can receive technical education which helps them get jobs and acquire skills and improve their livelihood. But this must backed by better education facilities and conduct education drives as it happened in Kerala and helped it reach a 100% literacy rate.

Technology is not the only cause for disparity, but in a multi pronged approach to reduce income disparity, better access to technology is an important factor.

In my opinion technology makes the difference not only in income but also in companies that what technology they are using to lead the world also, thats why most of companies looking for people those who are technically sound...! We need to observe one thing here it is in companies point of view urban people looking better in using technology compare to rural people.Of course that was some what good but to search people those who are capable applying their thoughts effectively makes little bit difference getting their income even though people having same theorytical knowledge.....!Govt also ensure in providing high standard technical education equally to both rural and urban areas.....!

Finally i want to say thing is that we cant imagine our world with technical support at same time companies should give sufficient renumeration in terms of salary also....!
