Showing Violence and Crimes should not be allowed in films and on television.

All of you here are correct. But, in my opinion showing and not showing crime on both film and television are not good or not bad. We should show but up too a limit. With out showing all these things movie can't run we should take care of what we should watch or not.

But, children get knowledge from it about what is a crime and if they do what they have to suffer. But some children take all these points as positive and they try to do that and thats wrong but parents should take care of it.

I think it depend upon children's nature and culture. We cant do anything. But we can make them avoid these things.

Showing violence and crimes is the basic themes of the film and television industry for entertainment but I think it has good as well as bad or adverse affect similar like two phases of a coin. It is good because it teach and give solution to get out of such trouble like crime, rapes and violence to viewer in one other way.

But sometime the people take the negative character of film as their personality and start acting like of him and start fighting with other, making gangs, violence, rapes and crime but he didn't know that there is vast difference in reality and fake film stories.

Friends I think call violence and crime basic theme will be wrong, because today movie doesn't get hit by crime or violence scene, but by the story line and lot of other factors. We can take example of LAGAAN, TAARE ZAMIN PAR AND RECENTLY THE KINGS SPEECH WHICH WON OSCAR. But their are lots of movies where violence and crime scene are required, as we cannot reflect society problems by not showing violence. As it is the requirement of these movies.

So rather than banning these scene from movies, we can give moral in evry movie so that children can learn from it, not just imitate.

Well, Movies are the source of entertainment and crime and violence are part of it.

Without this movies become bore. With the advance of technology and innovation of internet everything that is hidden are now gone shown e.g porn. If we banned crime and violence from movies then children and adults going to watch this on internet.

This are displayed on internet for increase of their website rating. Banned doesn't effect but in this type of movies we have to show a theme such that if you are going to do wrong then you receive prisonment or bad impact to your physical or mental condition.

According to my opinion violence and crimes should be allowed in films and on television because these visuals provide us moral values and reflect images of society BUT THE MAIN POINT IS IN WHAT WAY THE PUBLIC SEE IT. It also shows a way to fight social evils such as dowry, murders, rapes, acid attacks etc. I am asking a question to all can you name any 5 movies which is free of violence or crimes. Friends violence in movies is just like spices in food without these we are not able to learn adventurous works. These visuals encourage us to learn what is wrong and what is right for us.

In my view showing violence on TV and films may affect people partially because there are so many people who get initiations from some scenes which are shown. It depends on persons mentality that how is he taking the scenes or we can also suggest that we should treat all these things as a part of entertainment. But there must be some limits to show all these on TV. We. Or films as our today's generation is very aggressive especially child who get things very easily.

At last I want to suggest that, there are equal responsibilities from both the viewer and view :).

I think that there is no harm in showing violence in films and TV. Now a days kids and teenagers are linked with social media where they get aware of what's happening around them which is the reality, so they are so much socially active that they will not be offended if they are shown the reality of violence in TV and films.

However films can come up with a decent moral interrelated with the crime shown. This can help children to cope up with the situations if they face any and ultimately help them to grow a tough person.

I think that it should be allowed to a certain extent. If some films didn't have any violence, it would ruin the plot and would make the film boring. However, if there is a fight every five minutes then it would also be boring and could encourage violence. If all crime was removed, then mysteries about a murder would not be possible. This would reduce the number of films and would mean banning a perfectly good genre. I would understand banning it for criminals and children, but for everyone would be too much.

Showing violence and Crimes is the basic themes of the film and television industry for Entertainment but i think it has good as well as bad or adverse affect similar like two phases of a coin, because the films are the source to aware the peoples that how bad the crime and violations are and what affect such kind of stuffs does, in the opposite way some people takes it as a inspiration or we can say that such kind of stuffs gives ideas to peoples to do somethings in a wrong manner.

Yes violence and crime should not be shown in television. This creates an adverse effect on children as well as on youth. By watching films children get new ideas on how to do robbery and theft.

Some of them understand that crime should not be done but most of them get inspired and they continue to do it in reality without even knowing that this may lead to jail. So, parents should take great care of their children for such case. And stop their children for doing such wrong things.
