Good afternoon everyone.

According to me, we can't restrict or regulate the violence. Below are few points :-.

Impact on Society: One of the primary concerns is the potential impact on society, especially on impressionable minds, children, and adolescents. Exposure to graphic violence may desensitize individuals and contribute to a culture that tolerates aggression and criminal behavior.

Imitation and Influence: Studies suggest that individuals, especially young people, may imitate behaviors they witness in the media. Excessive violence and criminal activities portrayed in films and on television could potentially lead to increased real-life incidents as viewers emulate what they see.

Desensitization: Continuous exposure to violent and criminal content can desensitize individuals, diminishing their emotional response to such actions. This desensitization may, in turn, lead to a lack of empathy and a diminished understanding of the real-life consequences of violent actions.

Socialization and Norms: Media plays a significant role in shaping societal norms and values. Overexposure to violent content can contribute to the normalization of aggression, leading to a society that is more accepting of violence as a means of conflict resolution.

Psychological Impact: Violent and crime-filled content can have adverse psychological effects on individuals, causing stress, anxiety, and fear. This impact is particularly pronounced in individuals who may have experienced trauma or have a predisposition to mental health issues.

Parental Concerns: Parents often struggle to monitor and control the content their children are exposed to. Restricting violence in media helps alleviate concerns about children being inadvertently exposed to inappropriate material, allowing parents to maintain more control over their children's upbringing.

Alternative Forms of Entertainment: Advocates for restricting violence argue that there are numerous alternative forms of entertainment that do not rely on graphic content. Encouraging the production and consumption of content that is more positive and uplifting can contribute to a healthier societal mindset.

In conclusion, while artistic freedom is crucial, there is a valid argument for placing reasonable restrictions on the portrayal of violence and crimes in films and on television. Balancing creative expression with societal responsibility is essential to ensure that media does not inadvertently contribute to negative social behaviors or harm the well-being of individuals, especially the younger audience.

With the rapid development of science and technology, the television has become the indispensable part of our daily lives, no matter adults or children, who prefer to watch TV programs as recreation and a best way to alleviate stress. However, recently, an increasing number of people commit crimes due to watching too much violent plots on the TV programs. Therefore, whether the government should restrict the contents about violence and pornography in the television is a matter of some dispute. From my point of view, these contents should be forbidden immediately.

As we all know, youngsters are the principal group affected by these violent plots. Children\'s psychologies are still immature and unformed, they are unable to distinguish between right and wrong, eventually, excessive violence in the media does have a simple, direct stimulus-response effect on the young people. As a result, youngsters will imitate the scenes and actions of violence and crimes in TV programs, thus becoming criminals. Similarly, such kinds of programs have negative influence on adults as well. Although adults possess higher ability to judge right from wrong and have stronger self-control, once they are exposed to such violent plots too much, they will just become numb and take it for granted. In deed, many cases of adult crimes were the result of films or television.

Apart from the detrimental effect on people, there is a noticeable negative influence on society. Harmonious society as a whole needs all the people\'s efforts. In fact, many real-life cases of crimes remind us that only by hiring more policemen to maintain order would not have the desired results and even aggravate the financial burden on the country. Therefore, governments should take action to control these violent contents on the media.

To draw a conclusion, scenes of violence in TV programs are indeed harmful to both individuals and societies that government should strictly control the quality of programs.

Depending upon the script need may arise to show a violence scene or a criminal scene in the movie. A movie has the ability to influence the views and opinions of its audience. These violence and criminal scenes should be projected in such a way that they give a clear message to its audience about the life long ill consequences of violence and crime. People who get immediately influenced by the movies will be discouraged from imitating such violent scenes. Also while watching the movie the viewer must use his/ her conscience to judge (rather than blindly imitating the scenes) whether the story of the movie or a scene in the movie or the message given by the movie is humane or inhumane, whether it is inclined towards promoting divisions in the society based on region, religion or any such social issue or whether it is inclined towards uniting the society irrespective of any of the social barriers .This is true not only in case of social issues but also in case of movies depicting family relations like parent- children relationship; bro- sis, grandparents and so on..supposing if there is a scene showing ill treatment given to the elderly parents by their children, it is upto the viewer to decide whether he/she should imitate it or no. Is it in accordance with the viewer's principles and moral values to follow such scenes? No wise person with good conscience will get carried away with the scenes shown in the movies. One watches a movie for entertainment purpose. One should act like a sponge when one comes across good messages to absorb them and be resistant towards evil messages and violence. As far as children are concerned there are lot of movies specially meant for them. Many interesting Educational programmes are broadcasted on T.V. which grab child's interest and attention and enable the child to enjoy learning. It is their parents duty to keep them from watching violent and criminal movies.

According to parliament and laws of film and production, it clearly says "no violence and any anti-religion or cast subjectwise should not mention in any film. " Not only the government but also all common citizen of our country must be campaign a hoarding against violent acts.

We all must be increase our own awareness of it otherwise, we all of the human society (from child to old) everyone suffers these great nuances nowadays. According to my opinion, pornography is considered a criminal offence because of it explicit sexuality (X/Y) which is very wrong and aware people to make a vast difference between genders. Which is a puzzle and illusion also? Wso. We all of the human being are a labour of our own habit (bad/ good). Amaturely, it's also true, that we all want to get all things all types of entertainment without any labour and whose most preferable and easiest way is our Smartphone and high-speed internet.

Especially, Child pornography is the most common and main part of this. Most of the child starts to see adult content on his/her adolescence period of time which is the best time to prepare self for which he/she wants to be in future. But not only porn responsible but also BollywBollywood, Hollywood and Hollywood industry have a place of great penance or troublesome for mostly young aspirations. Porn-induced OCD is commonly occurred basically after childhood trauma (TBI) traumatic brain injury and incremental risk factors may be responsible for sometimes. According to DSM-V (MAS-II) porn and film oriented mental problems are not belongs to in the diagnosis in Psychiatry.

In my views showing violence and crime should not be allowed in films and on television. There is a long lasting effect of media on the people especially children and youth. "what we see is what we learn. " so violent activities and horrendous acts and crime should not be shown on tv.

It is a habit of human beings to easily adopt the wrong things and keep themselves away from good deeds. They will try to imitate those acts which is what actually happening todays newspapers are full of the news of chain snatching, riots, murder, etc etc.

New ways of thefts are being taught through the movies. Instead of learning the outcomes of "truth always win. And good wins over evils". Youth learns how evil acts can be done and what should the evil doers have done to keep themselves out from being caught and thus make a full proof plan for any robbery and stay safe.

Besides, everyone watch movies and daily soaps for entertainment and not for watching violence or crimes. It not only upsets the person but have a far reaching effect on the psychology of the person. It spreads fear in the mind of children.

Good afternoon everyone.

I am Akash.

I partially agree with the statement.

I have three reasons to substantiate my point.

1) It imparts a negative effect on children's mind. It disturbs the tranquillity. The adolescent is the main phase of an individual's growth. Whatever children observe from their surrounding they try to inculcate in them.

2) Violent crime scene also increases criminal activity in our society. Many criminals have confessed that they were inspired by a particular movie and used the techniques shown in that movie to conduct the crime.

3) Many bad films create stereotypes against women. They show women discrimination, abuse, domestic violence etc. This hampers women empowerment.

So, I conclude children should avoid seeing obscene, violent and criminal scenes in films and on TV. Whereas adults should frequently watch those crimes news and crime films to make themselves aware of the dangers in society. This will help them in being cautious and taking precautionary steps. People should accept good things from films and filter out the negative things.

Not particularly Violence, because self-defence action scenes need Violence (like Avengers & Captain America), but particularly films "GLORIFYING CRIMES, CRIMINALS, SEX, RAPES, PORNOGRAPHY" should be banned because these encourage teenagers to follow same (like shows in AltBalaji), these can make children desperate for sex & crimes, develop fetish in them & can ruin their entire life, filling dirt in their minds when today there is so much around us, child trafficking & assault sites are so much, we need to have an innocence & real-matured ppl to repair this society rather making it worse, today nearly all OTT platforms like Netflix, Amazon, Voot, Zee & Balaji are showing crap but Disney Hotstar & Sony new originals are glorifying awareness & reporting of Crimes, that's good, little change,

Though they are also not fully free of such things as they purchase rights of films showing obscenity to show on channels but at least originals are good, I don't recommend finding them either. I want to be so powerful to stop this all negativity.

One thing everyone has to remember. In the past, only well-educated people were aware of the different forms of crimes and the punishments they receive from courts. But today, a school child can understand all these. Is this possible without movies ? So it's good to have crimes and the way they are fought against. Because of this, even children will know what are the offences in the name of law.

But the film-makers have to be very careful so that these issues don't cross limits and face severe criticism .In these days , it has become a new trend in TV channels , to show the incidents of murders and other abusing occurrences in an intrinsic & detailed manner . They ought to seek discrimination and elimination.Parents should also warn children not to watch such programs and imitate the action scenes.

One of the disadvantages is that, if children imitate these, they will become cruel, which is not good for the society , when they grew young. So it's parents' responsibility to stop them at their kid stage only .

Violence is not always a bad option to deal with some situations. Sometimes violence is a better way out than over tolerance. Because people who are busy in increasing your troubles in daily life, exalt you in the degree of cowardness. If MOVIES are showing violence to reveal the good, moral and ethical aspects of violence, coherent like whistle blowing etc then I don't think there is any problem to show such things in movies.

Talking about crime, if they are showing crime to aware people with a threatening moral to the public that after watching what happened to criminal at the end, people will not even dare to dream to try those crimes in real life.

Instead of raising our loud voice to band the "violent and crime" scenes, we should have be more concern about to stop showing "THE ADULT CONTENT AND NAKEDNESS OF WOMEN & NUDITY" which is ridiculously popular and important content of movies, which are proving a big hand to ruin ethical balance of our society & locality.

Hello everyone, This is Ajay Kumar. A very good evening to all of you.

Today my topic is showing violence and crimes should not be allowed in films and on television.

I think in my point of view, I do not fully agree with this view. Like a coin has two faces it also has a pros and cons:-.

First of all, I want to talk about pros:-.

By showing this type of things it helps to make aware of ourselves when such types of violence or crimes happen in the society or country.

It also helps to know about the damages which will be happening by this violence and crimes.

Now we talk about the cons:

By showing such types of crimes and violence many uneducated people takes idea for doing such types of crimes, which is not a good sign for a country.

It also deviated the youth people in many ways.

At last, I want to say that it should be shown in the television or in the film but upto a certain limit.

Thank you.
