Every school teaches a child 'A for Apple' this makes children mug up the sentence and their brain fails to think 'A for Army' or 'A for Air' and the first thing that comes to their mind is an apple. And at this very point, the student lacks practical thinking skills.

I've read too many view points and I really appreciate all of the but This is it ?

Are we only going to discuss all this rather doing something or taking action on this ?

Has anyone got any idea how all this will reach to the place where it should be or to the person who should see all of this?

Shouldn't we discuss that also ?

Education is a process to emanate the true potential in every being. It's an evolution to discover the human values encrypted in us.

But today our knowledge hubs such as schools and colleges often become factories that produce some doctors or engineers. To define better, jobless doctors and engineers. Earlier exams were just part of the curriculum. But today the entire curriculum is based on exams. Every School and college aims at the result in the mark sheet. Our focus has changed from quality of the students to the quantity of their A+.

One of the biggest failures of our education system is the lack of practical comprehension in our academics. Children learn to mug up things and reproduce them in the paper. But they forget to think and render the things they have learnt in practical life. We don't have a hand in hand training in our academics. Above all we don't have a purview to update and upgrade the syllabus. We still stick on to the theories formed decades back where now we have new dimensions of scientific explanations coming up challenging the outdated theories.

Education is not just a process to secure a job. But it's a process to sustain the morality our soul inherited.

Our education system only focused on money. No one focuses on their study. Our parent and teachers expected only good marks. Nowadays, education system giving theoretical knowledge no one provides practical. Knowledge. They only expecting marks from the student.

I think the Indian education system needs to change or reform it.

Good day everyone.

Well when it comes to education, India has not changed its viewpoint and still continues to consider that Mark's, percentage, grades are the only outcome of true learning.

Western education was introduced here during colonial times. And In those days the ones how were well educated joined higher jobs whereas the ones who did bad joined in black collar jobs or became soldiers.

As money was and is. The only source for a good position in society. The idea of "scoring =learning " didn't change.

Now what MUST be changed is our perception of understanding what 'learning' is.

And the system of teaching must change in a way where the students inner talent is recognized as well as his/her field of interest must be taken into consideration and accordingly they should be taught in such a way that they can stand on their feet and contribute their skills and experience to the development of our society.

Well, this is my view.

Thanks.

Education has been a problem in our country from many years ago. Students are graded upon their marks in some subject not upon their talent. Nowadays even students scoring more than 90%'. Find difficult to get admission in their favourite collange.

And an interesting fact, the colonial masters introduced the education system in India to create clerks and civil servants, and we have not deviated FROM THAT PATTERN TILL TODAY.

Hi friends. I hope you all are doing well.

According to me, the whole education system shouldn't be changed as it will take a lot of time to be accessible and understandable to all so. I think some major changes should be done example including the practical knowledge and skills, giving less homework and project work to students and students should be marked according to their abilities not only by the marks scored in some peculiar subjects.

Thank you.

I hope you all like it.

Yes, we need to reform our Education System. We can give love and affection to our children but not our thoughts and opinion. They have their own aspirations in life. We should not impose our wishes on them.

OFCOURCE it is needed. One thing is clear from our education system is that the students are competing for marks and not for improving practical knowledge.

It's us who have created our society like this, our thinking, our greed for marks. Our parents want us to score good marks no matter how much we study, why nobody asks for students interest? why nobody asks for how much Knowledge students have? why People judge us for our marks
