Should we change the present system of education in our country?

The present education system in India is good. Of course changes may be needed but one thing that doesn't compare with other countries education because our country is different compared to other countries like our lifestyle, language, religion, source of income, caste, way of living, etc are different even we are in 2nd place in world largest population here it is not possible to do many changes at a time it will take some time. Many schools made education as a business due to these remaining schools targeting on making the student to score good marks but education means not only scoring marks it should include many extra circular activities it should motivate the person it should drive the person towards his dreams we change like update in syllabus according to me technology is changing for every minute second there should update in syllabus to the existing technology should be given provide both theoretical and practical knowledge and to give strong basics In education which should make students to survive in competitive world and should adopt to the technology and most important consists of ethics which make the students to drive as a goal oriented.

I prefer not to change but improve it !

It's about improving to the level we were in ancient India where concept learning was a focus. We are missing it in childhood level education now and focusing on money/job oriented education system which is also another illusion as we do have job in all sectors, engineering, medical, arts etc. Currently too much focus on expressing things than learning.

Concepts and practical oriented education is current demand in education system across sectors which will also enable jobs for our people across sectors.

Learn to live with dignity not to rule! Learning is important not choosing a position.

Indeed we need to change our present education system. If we take a look at the education system of our country and abroad country than there is a vast difference between them. We are still carrying a books n pens for jotting down the notes n equivalents but in foreign country, even the students in schools are carrying the laptop for jotting down the points n notes. This not only helps them to note down the points but also help them to become familiar with technology. On the other hand even many some of our college students don't know how to operate computers than what could we expect from our school students. Also, our education system is more of theoretical rather than practical. We are still reading those books which have been written by someone else long years back. We are reading others views, opinions, beliefs etc. And following them. I think our education system should be more practical rather than theoretical because what people learn in their teenage are going to apply in their future years which in turn going to decide the future of our country. Therefore it is important to provide quality education to people because education is the only source which forms the foundation and base for the progress of a country.

The development of a country is based on its education, health and wealth. I think education system in India require to be change. Everybody knows that education system in states like bihar and up is not well. At present time every city and villages have govt schools but not have proper number of teachers.

The level of development and progress of a country could be known from the standard of education imparted to its masses. Education plays a very crucial role in building up the overall development structure of a nation. The present education structure of our country is quite satisfactory but it has few loopholes. These drawbacks can be culled out by making few amendments in the present system.

The major problem with our education system is that it is not student friendly, there is a lot of burden on the students. Moreover the syllabus is more theoretical rather than being practical. The students should be given more practical training so that they can grasp everything more easily and efficiently.

In bringing such changes, the teachers should take the initiative at their own level so that they can help the students to bring out their best capabilities and turn them into their best abilities.

Education system definitely needs to be changed, Finland has the finest education system in the world, their students ranked highest in English reading comprehension, science and mathematics in PISA test among European countries. Japan, Singapore, Hong Kong, south Korea, Switzerland, Taiwan, China among other countries performing well. India sadly pulled out of international PISA test in 2015 and participated only in 2009.

School education system in India is highly theoretical with less practicals and group work and projects. Foreign countries stress more marks on practical work and project work and internships. Job related skills should be taught to increase employability. Industrial training and practical project work should be given importance. Also even in higher education students should be given the option to change streams in order to change careers. These options are more on US.

A good education system keeps the foundation of prosperity and success for the country. If a country wants to be independent and economically well then it needs to check the education system.

- There is a need for more innovation in the education system.
- More advanced technologies should be used in this sector in order to compete with other countries.
- More and more amendments should be done to make students more physically fit and mentally strong.
- Schools and institutes should focus more on the development of an individual.
- Schools and institutes with education should teach values and manners.

Hi everyone, our education system should be skilfull. Our young student used to just focus on theoretical education. Most of the school have not practical education. This is because students just want degrees, not proper knowledge or skills. This is also the reason our youngers are unemployment even they are well educated. Our government should focus on manufacturing the products Like China. First of all, our government should improve our secondary sector Manufacturing.

Eductaion system in our country should be changed. In a country like India where people who are educated are working under people who are not no one will try to chnage the system. But in indour educators are focussing on completing the syllabus the students here are just mugging the answers but not learning something new. So education system should be changed in India.

Yes, our education system need some reformation. We should give more importance to practical part rather than simply muguping theory parts. From schooling onwards we introduce this reformation because most of government schools are not even conducting the practical examination properly.
