Should Tainted Ministers Allowed to Contest Elections?

I think that people does not allowed for election, because if he would not prove himself then he did not take decision for protect others people. If they are realized their mistake and and he would take ticket for election and once again he will be selected by using its criminal background and he will again corrupt our nation property. So that from my point of view they would not give second chance.

Its a challenging topic to discuss on, but its as simple because today in our country all our leaders are well experienced in their dedicated field. We all might be aware of the famous saying "experience in the best teacher" all our leaders are experienced candidates, its just that they have to perform their duties in the positive way for the betterment of our nation.

We all know which Minister is corrupted and who is not. And this ministers are the one who will surely not think about the welfare of the people. Even if such ministers are in the elections, in the end its in our hand for whom to vote.

Right to contest elections is very essential for democracy. But unless not proved ministers should be allowed to contest elections. Because now-a-days it has not become difficult to file a complaint against each other due to political rivalry. Even Supreme court also refuses the petition for the same. Once the charges are proved there is no second thought in refusing them the right to contest elections.

No tainted ministers not allowed to contest in election because our society need peace and development. But if we place tainted minister then every thing is disturb. There is liberty grant by public to speak for themselves. Every minister should received the opinion of public then on the basis one should best decide.

Who ever wants to be a minister he/she should struggle for the country no matter contains that trained ministers only should enter. Without knowing any thing lot of ministers and etc where achieving a lot we can say ambani what he knows? Now see they have the petrol bunk and they are achieving a lot and their yearly turnover in billions so who ever comes just think positive. Jai hind.

I think tainted person are not allowed for election because they can not take good decision because if they have good mind it men if they can take good decision so they go to jail. If they come in politics so politics is corrupted and politics leader will not work his duty honestly.

I think tainted minister should be barred from contesting election. They are mainly responsible for tarnishing the image of this field. In country like ours where voters are not aware of the power of their votes, lured by tainted people by distributing money etc. At the time of election and go on to win the election. After that they openly trade their charges, criticize judiciary and most importantly use their power and position to alter the investigation.

I think it would be good if they must submit their resignation first on the moral ground and if they come out clean then they should be reinstated in their office.

No tainted minister should not be allowed to contest election then it would be good deterrent for them committing the crime. Peoples who commit the crime cannot be representative of the masses. They cannot be the person who decide what is best fit for the public at large.

I think tainted ministers should not be allowed to contest elections because he/she can only harm the society by bribing the voters, rigging etc. History shows that tainted politicians maybe adroit but they use their wit and writ to make money only for themselves by getting involved in all sorts of illegal activities. They also end up manipulating laws for the fear of being implicated.

So I think it is up to us, the voters to make sure that these ministers DO NOT take part in elections.
