Should national anthem be played in cinema halls?

In my opinion, national anthem should not be played at theaters because there's a thing called right thing to be done at right place so generally, we go theater to watch a movie so I don't think just standing for 2 min shows patriotism without giving respect from core of our heart for the matter who sacrificed their lives for our mother land.

I think national anthem should not be played in cinema halls because by forcing someone to stand doesn't prove that he is patriotic. Everyone loves their country but they have their own way to give respect to their motherland. You can't force anyone and it doesn't make any sense.

National anthem should be played in the cinema hall. It gives feel proud, and some uneducated fellow will also come and see the movie at that time they might get value of anthem, they might change their thoughts, and it takes only 1minute time to feel happy, proud to be an Indian, and it might increase positive thinking, nowadays some ppl might, or they won't give respect to film industry, it helps to think positive. And it helps to maintain discipline in the cinema hall. Jai Hind.

Yes, I agree with this. As we are all concluding or ending our functions with the national anthem. So here also national anthem must be played.

This is not a right place to play national anthem because no body stand and respect national anthem only laugh and giving unnecessary comment only.

From my point of view, National anthem plays in cinema hall before starting the movie is good because it shows a respect and patriotism for the country.

But it is not compulsory rule to play national anthem in cinema hall because only playing nation anthem and stand for the the same is not enough to show respect and love for country.

Also in before starting the match, it should be playing because it gives a positive energy and motivation to the team.

In my point of view, playing national anthem shows individual respect towards our country. But playing song before watching the movie and showing degrading things in movie about country does not show patriotism. What ever rules given by government should helpful to country development only so we should respect orders of our supreme court.

Definitely, National Anthem should be played in Cinema halls. Even not only in Cinema halls it would be played in every public gathering or any public function as it gives a sense of pride and motivation. No matter what the religion of a person, it should be acceptable to each and everyone. We have to respect our National Anthem. I think we all have at least 52 seconds for such a good initiative.

As we all know we go to cinema hall either with our friends or either with our family basically for refreshment or entertainment. But before start the movie if we stand with our family or friends for giving love, respect and feel pride. It's small duration appx 20 sec if we have to stand in cinema hall before our entertainment I appreciate the decision of govt and honourable supreme court.

The people who do not stand for 20 sec for their nation must be punished by making some rules or law over it.

It's a matter of our nation respect and it should be followed for every citizen of the country.

Country first rests later.

In my view, it should be played in cinema hall before starting the patriotic movies or movies on social thinking or movies about our soldiers then it will be a great respect for national anthem & also it will show our respect towards the society & soldiers & anthem that at least we are giving some part of time to sing national anthem from our entertainment time. It will give us the zeal to feel like a patriot, we will feel unite ourselves, i.e there are different variety & culture of people in cinema hall & we are presenting a unity in diversity that will a great achievement. Before watching the movie we will have the enthusiasm so that we can enjoy the movie with patriot feeling.

But it will a disrespect to play the national anthem before the adult or bulgur movies.

But our society will not change by playing national anthem anywhere whether it will be public or cinema hall, our society will change by changing our habits & doing a great contribution to the betterment of society.

Today's youngs are not on the right track so it will be a great measure to set back them on the right track & it depends on you whether you are respecting or not your national anthem.
