First of all, I think our citizens of India are not so educated that they will follow these rules of one child policy.
It is very difficult to implement this policy.
Rather, at first we should take the initiative in the poor societies and communities where people are giving birth to 6-7 child.

Hi all.
Feeling great to be part of this gd. The topic we are discussing that whether India should have a one-child policy or not?
Suddenly introducing a one-child policy would create a negative impact on citizens. So, first, we have to introduce a two-child policy, & we have to analyze it by a survey that whether its working or not. As we all are aware that, in India, no one likes to follow rules even the person makes this rule into an act. So, in India there are lot of issues are there like poverty, illiteracy, corruption, etc. First, we have to eradicate corruption, definitely, when your country will be under good administration, the country will develop. The literacy rate will improve, citizens mindset will change, then automatically it will lead to less population. Being an optimistic person, I am bound to say, we can't pick this one-child policy as our topmost priority.
Definitely, the reason behind this policy to make our country developed. But it's just a daydream.
Thanks.

According to me, our country should implement 1 child policy but for about 10 years. At the end of 10 years the govt should study the outcome of 1 child policy implemented for 10 years & then based on the outcome should decide on whether 2 continue with 1 child policy or not. Because ours is 7th biggest country by area which means 6 countries are bigger than us & only 1 country is having population more than us (China) out of 6. So aren't those countries functioning? Moreover, no country needs such a big population. It puts pressure on natural resources, it's the reason for unemployment, long queues, rush, traffic jams, competition & pollution. As of now, our population is 138 crores but our fertility rate is 2.1 which is the replacement fertility rate. Till our population reduces to 60 crores we should have 1 child policy.

Good afternoon to all of you.
In my point of view, India should not have a one-child policy.
Because not any rule can stop the population of India. It depends on only citizens of any country. The government should have a need to make to aware citizens demerits of population. If more citizens of our country are educated then the population is also reduced. So, thank you.

Hi, I am Animesh Sarder. My opinion is, Of course, this policy should be started because now India GDP so much decreases and this effect India should not be makeup last 50 year, so in this situation, population control is the most important thing in India. Now have so many jobless educated person in India. If that time we are not starting this policy, then the future newborn is suffering big problems.

Definitely yes, because if any family have more than one child or many, so it's not up to family problem only but it also create a much of problem for society. As we can see in society perspective, in our surrounding everything are extravagant, there are still some childs who don't get education, most of youth have been facing unemployment, child labour, population has been increasing.

I think we should follow the one-child policy in India not for all time only as long as we do not maintain our population. Because we know that in the field of population India has the second rank. We also know that for the development of any country population is a major factor. Because of the population of any country is more than unemployment increases in that country, not only in the case of employment also more population causes population. In the field of population, India always increases day by day.
So, please make unity us, then such type of rules can be done.

Hello all.
As far as one-child policy is concerned. I think India should not make a one-child policy. Suppose if a parent produce one child that may me boy or girl. As we know our society prefer boy child to girl child. Then it may be the gender problems in our country. If a family has only one child then he will not agree to send his boy to defence forces so it will not be good for our Defence. If a family produce a girl then after her marriage who will look after them. If a child dies then the parents will be alone who will be the"boodhape ki lathi". At last but very important a parent produce one child then he/ she can't experience the brother-sister relationship well. There are so many causes to not apply one-child policy. If two-child"hum do hamare do" is applied then I totally agree to it. That is it.
Thank you.

Hello everyone presents here.
Today I am going to discuss one-child policy.
Yes, India should follow one-child policy because as we know the population of India increasing day by day. As a result unemployment increase and the places to survive is decrease. Therefore forest has been cutting. There is also difficulties of educating them. But uneducated people think more the hand more will be work. They cannot think about how they will survive. So the govt should educate them about the demerits of having more children. There should be strict law against more than 2 children.
Thank you for giving me a chance to speak.

Hi guys.
My name is Saurav.
Now, I want to talk about the topic which is related to one child policy.
Guys, I have entirely adhered to this type of decision. India should have a one-child policy. It is essential because we have a second position on the population in the world. In this situation, India has many problems as economic growth and mostly unemployment. Due to population, India has the biggest problem that is unemployment. If Our population is decreasing then Unemployment will be decreased. So, India should have one-child policy.
