Hello everyone,

My name is Priyanka and I am glad to have a chance to put my point in front of you.

Today's discussion topic is should India have one child policy? yeah defiantly India have to adopt one child policy because of the reason increasing the population and some parents just gave birth to him/her for forcing by their family and in-laws this is a disgusting thing I saw because of your family your relatives they want you to have more than one baby but they can't say scroll on point how they earn many for their child after he/she grew up. And one most point is the mentality of Indians is that don't give birth to the girl child. The conclusion on my side is one child policy has to be adopted otherwise any of girl child thrown on the road side is not only for girl time is flying child ll be a boy also.

Rather than a one-child policy, India should go for not more than two child policy.

I strongly agree with the fact that increased population causes many problems but having only one child will also create some small issues. A child will not have any siblings. He/she will be unaware of the love and bonding that a sibling shares. In childhood, if jis/her parents are busy in some work and they leave the children home, he will feel very lonely, he will not have anyone to play with him/her.

In fact, in 2014 a law has been passed in some states for not having more than two children.

Having children is a family personal matter and if the government is imposing any policy then the family may also not feel good about it for one child policy but they can consider the two child policy.

Apart from this policy, proper education should be given to family especially women of the house for proper family planning. So that the population can be controlled in an affected manner.

It is predicted that by 2025 India will cross the population of China which is a matter of serious concern and something needs to be done.

So, two child policy can be accepted by families rather than one child policy.

Thank you.

Have a great day ahead.

Good morning everyone.

I think India should follow the one-child policy. Because the population of India increasing rapidly day to day and this will impact on the countries economy. Because the largest population government are not able to provide all the facilities to every citizen of the country. The largest population arises the different problems.

1. Lack of education system.
2. Unemployment.
3. Literacy rate.
4. Economic growth.
5. Criminal activities.

So, I think the government control all the problem then he required to maintain any policy regarding the control population in our country.

Thank you.

Good morning friends.

In my point of view, India should follow one child policy because after the year 2025 India cross the population of China, India becomes the world largest populated country. And also there is a lack of jobs in India so many youths in India unemployed.

I don't think so. India has two children policy and it's too strict because in the village area where the rules are not allowed. It's too necessary. They knew about this rule. Two children policy is good because children don't feel loneliness.

I will be democratic about this issue.

First all, to resolve the issue of population we should opt this policy.

India is a traditional country so it will not be easy to restrict to one child, I will include other factor like education level, tradition, women empowerment etc.

There are many disadvantages of this policy like lack of siblings emotions because parents are not enough free to spent quality time with their children.

So, India should opt two children policy as well as central theme shoule be women empowerment.

Yes. For the time being, this policy can be adopted. It has been predicted that India will overtake China by 2050 in terms of population. One child policy is needed mainly when the nation is unable to meet the consumption, employment needs of its people. India is facing the same problem. Currently, youths constitute a major part of population. This is the reason that for the time being this policy can be adopted. Though Indian economy is growing very fast but still unemployment is prevalent. But there can be a hurdle for implementation of this policy- the mindsets of people. The decision of having kids completely depends on the family itself. So it will be a kind of interference by government which might not be welcomed.

I hope actually they should make a rule tht there should not be more than two child. Because, if there is only one child. For the future there will be no siblings or relationship, child feels loneliness and suppose if a child dies a parent can't stay without them. So if two child are there. They can come out of the sarrow.

At my point of view, India should not follow the one-child policy instead of this they have to make a policy that not to have more than two children. Because the child doesn't feel unsafe and lonely. And you can easly takecare of then and give them time.
