Retirement Age for Politicians

In my opinion, there should be an age limit for the politicians. For making good decisions experience plays a major role, but at the same time we need to give a chance to young aspiring minds to work for the nation, but for the effective politicians we need experience and energetic politicians for this if young politicians trained under experienced politicians it will be better.

In my opinion retirement age of politician is must have. Because young people to take part in our nation.

Of course the retirement for politicians is must. But it should not depend their age. It should depend their political records. For example, which one has the properties or assets in illegal, should resign his or her post. Then only we can get good political leaders. Because the concept of retirement is to make young and good political leaders.

I think the age limit for politicians is necessary because the politicians give more concentration for the growth of a country. Also, have important benefits due to this it gives chances to the young thinking.

I think retirement is must because the majority of politicians are busy for making money may be its legal or illegal so it ts compulsory to retirement for position according to their record, not an age.

I think, Experience is the key to the growth of any organisation even a country. The experienced person has more problem-solving skills on their basis of their practical experience. We have seen in the history that experienced leader has served the country with more interest. So, there should not be any age limit for politicians.

In my point of view, there is a some loss and some benefit by giving the retirement age to positions. If we provide retirement age we lose the great experienced persons. At the same time, we provide the retirement age of chance to participate young and energetic persons. So we provide the retirement age based on talent in solving the problems faced by the country at any time.

My opinion is that politicians should have no age of retirement because if he/she has the ability to drive a nation effectively with honesty and peace we should support him/her rather asking for his/her age of retirement.

I think retirement in politics is a very important factor. If you would not keep any retirement requirement then the aged people will not leave their positions for the young generation. Keeping in mind the future generation is always advanced in thinking and working they may perform very greatly. Giving a hold of power for a long time in one's hand may result in greedy thinking and miss use of politics and even if they have an experience they may use it in their own favor. In politics experience of 20 to years is more than sufficient by my opinion. As you will keep age limit in politics there will naturally be young people with courage and passion as well as aged people having experience. Experienced close to retirement may help young generation in guidance.

Decision made by young people may probably based on detailed information which will lead to proper development. (REQUIREMENT:-for which the young politician should be of proper qualifications).

By proper calculation of different age population in India and its probability, you may fix age limit on that basis where you may have proper age flow in politics with young as well as experienced generation. Thus age limit is essential in politics.

I think there should not be any age limit because as far as politics is concerned skills come with experience and skills lead to the development of the country. If some politician is good enough at their work and able to bring peace and development we should keep promoting him. A retirement in politics is not like that a vacancy has been created just like in some companies and people got recruited in their positions. If young ones want to join then they can open their own parties and show their skills. But if we put an age limit we have to lose some politicians who are exceptionally good at their fields.
