Retirement Age for Politicians

As we all know that politics is totally based on experience, knowledge and new techniques of a particular person to improve the condition of.

Our country. New ideas means youth and experience means the well established politicians both are the subset of a good government. So I don't think there is any restriction on age for politicians but its also important that young minds should also be the part of this.

In my point of view, retirement due to age is just not a criterion for politicians but, it should be the decision of peoples. As we know politicians are public servants and we are the people who select them, we have also the power of judging them what they can do now by analyzing their capability and previous political career. If he was a good one and never took part in corruption, then he was allowed to serve for us.

According to me, this can develop the country rapidly if we combine the experience of old age and encouragement of new generation politicians.

In my point of view, to a greater extent, I think that age limit in politics is a desirable one. We should have to make the way for the youth to bring out new ideas and thoughts. As we all know that India is in the hands of youth. It is a fact that a better-skilled one is better than an experienced person. So, youth should have to get a chance to work for their nation and fulfil present generation needs.

According to me, retirement age system also used for develop the country. Because even it will be prevent corruption. And other thing is youths may be come into the politics or other kind of people may be come.

So they may be change our country without problems. So opinions will be different. So changes will give for someone. So retirement age is also good one.

I think that there should be the age of 70 after which a political leader should be retired as a social leader also had an social life in which they need some rest and if we just want them to work for us then they can do it but they will get health issues and can change into serious problems. So, my suggestion of retirement of politicians is after the age of 70.

The politicians in most of the cases are not extraordinary men. They have also physical and mental limitations. Normally, they should retire at the age of 60. Considering the developments in medical science and better healthcare facilities, people remain fit until the age of 80.

Since there is a dearth in the number of matured politicians in the country, we have to make a cut off at the age of 60 and a second term be allowed after a mandatory check by eminent doctors. A person meant for the third term again be monitored medically. Now Mr Modi is of the age of 70. Trump is around 80. Beyond 80 people should not be in active politics. President of our country, if found fit can work after 80 even.

In my point of view age is not the factor by which you can judge the ability of the candidate, we have seen many example in our daily life that a 10th std. Student invent a new technology, while lot of engineers are not capable to do a simple thing.

So, according to me the creativity of mind depends on person not their age, we need a leader for the development of our country, and he must have potential to do new thing for the nation. Doesn't matter what age of he is.

When our former president Mr. Apj Abdul Kalam was giving his speech. He had a heart attack. Therefore. There is no age limitation.

According to me, in this topic, Should not be politician age of retirement. Because as we all know that, every person has not keep leadership qualities.

Or to be a leader you must have a good experience new ideas n new technologies. And he has a creative mind.

And which keep AAP the qualities.

All this can be found the only experience.

So I considered that Should not be age limitation for a politician.

According to me, politician age doesn't matter.

According to me retirement is necessary to provide chance for others and to establish their new ideas but on the other side new people not have much experience to handle the whole responsibility. So new people want to take training under some experts for particular period.
