Retirement Age for Politicians

Every firm, govt or pvt, fetches it's max potential output by replacing weak minds by energetic ones. It's only for the better running of the firm. Don't our country need a better running? So my opinion is to fix a retirement age for them too.

If the politicians are Good and work then he can serve the nation till last movement.

According to my view,

A change is always welcome,

All government officials retire at 56 years in the state, while the public sector employees retire at 58 and the central government employees at 60 years.

"I feel the minimum age for contesting should be 30 years and the maximum age should be 75. In today's fast-paced life, a representative of the people should be able to move quickly and grasp things quickly".

There should be the fixed retirement age for politicians i.e. 65 years. Why?

Because not only physically but also mentally a person is not that much creative or productive at an old age. May be few exception like Gandhi ji. But we are not short of the young population in India So, why should we give the burden of young population on old arms. As being a politicians is not an easy task. He has to take major decisions like signing deals, contracts, visiting other nations etc. All this thing require power, good health plus concentration. But at an old age we are not able to concentrate on any work most and most of the time we get health issue which tends to visit hospitals regularly and wasting time which should be given for the development of the nation. So we do not have any other option rather than fixing an age for the retirement. Even we can see for all other profession there is a fixed retirement age then why not for the politicians.

So our government have to think about our country and it has to think about people of our country by fixing an age for retirement of politician. On other thing that can be done they should be given another post like their valuable ideas and knowledge plus experience that should be utilised for the country.

To conclude I would like to say that we should be fixed an age for the retirement of the politicians this is good for them as well as our country. It can help for the development of our country so that young people can use innovative ideas for the the overall growth of people and our country.

Yeah, somewhere I agree with that point that there must a certain age for retirement. Because generally, we see that our leaders are too much older they are not able to do their daily work but due to our system, they are indulging in politics. Politics is not only depended upon experience but also it depends upon energy, decision making power and last it must be able to handle that pressure. I think these things are the very important things to be a good leader and think if youth will come on that field then somewhere there is a possibility that they can do better. As far as experience is a concern it will come gradually, in this way somewhere we are able to bring youth in politics.

I think all opinion is similar or partial from each other. Experience people must be significant role for our country. So we can't be restrict their age limit in politics, so I urge or recommend to you please if those person having more talent we are not cabiable to controversy them.

In my point of view,

Yes! I agree with this point that retirement must be in politicians. Youth will get a chance to prove his capability.

People says that old is gold. Yes, I agree with this. Politics depend on experience but it does not only depend upon experience. But, it also depends upon energy.

So, I think. It's better to have a retirement age for the politicians.

To stop the usage of the politician's face as brand simple retirement age should be fixed. The court can increase retirement age if a person really good like Mr. Pon Manikavel.

I personally believe that older politicians have more experience and more knowledge of how this world works. They make much wiser decisions and above all, people tend to trust them instead of preferring a new, young politician.

Though young politicians would understand the current generation better but I think that age doesn't matter in any profession. If someone is good in what they do, then people do not see their age. Mr. Narendra Modi is 68 years old and he is still active with millions of supporters.

So, age is just a number and I don't think that the retirement age should be fixed.

I think old politician more determined for work and country whether today's youth only wants to succeed in life. It does not matter how it gets.
