Reforms are necessary and should be done keeping in mind the futuristic aspirations of the nation, youth etc, the reforms may include anything it may vary from social,
Economical, political etc so that the breaks on economy etc should be shattered away.
We are in need of second green revolution, police reforms, economic reforms etc so we are back on track. This needs a strong political will from politicians, as well as from people. The responsibility lies on both.

Reform in present scenario is not the word worth of discussion only, It should be apply on the system time to time. As we are good in everything but still we are developing. Government should apply necessary reform to overcome the economical problems we face today.
Education system needs to be improved. In a simple manner I want to say that to bridging the gap between developing and developed, reforms are required.

Yes, its high tine that the Govt should take some steps. In our country politicians make promises and then after getting elected try to keep their position secure. Reforms necessarily include taking some bold steps but our lame Govt is not ready to take it. Their myopic mission is affecting our national interest. Now we are in a situation of huge crisis and GDP rate is below 7%. Some bold steps like implementation of GUST, Direct income tax bill is required and Lokpal bill is also utmost important. In a hugely populated country like India implementing Lokpal bill its not a easy task but it will surely reduce the black money. How many of us cote the exact amount for any real estate while registration.
So So in-short I am saying that reforms have to grow up and its our duty as well for the govt to see whether the implementation of the proposed reforms is going in a proper way or not.

Reforms in our country only means paperwork, nothing is applied in actuality. Some reforms like for poverty removal we are going to implement food security bill in our budget. But friends food for no work is correct? instead of giving free grains our govt should think to open firms so that youth could get job. If we look at at the reservation system for sc/st, its in that country where we proudly say that we provide right to equality then why politicians are creating a gap between general an sc for votes. Reforms should be made in basics, like education sector.
Reforms should be made in judicial system. Strict laws made so that any criminal, rapist, corrupt dare to do such. Take an example of RWANDA, 15 years before it was facing crisis but strong laws has made its sustain.
There should be strong Anti-corruption bill (LOKPAL). Corruption is everywhere either giving a 100 rs note to policemen or to a assistant in govt office for our work, or if we have to hide tax. Apart these problems we are doing something exceptional in IT sector ($50 billion in 2012) , defence sector<nuclear sector (successful testing of agni 5). But it is not enough. Till when we indians will we called "A DEVELOPING COUNTRY". And till when tourists will feel threat to come in our nation. Reforms in system with a reform in our minds will do a lot better.

Hello friends.
As we are discussing over " reforms have to grow up". Here reforms refer to the amendments, in our society mentality, in Indian panel code rules for punishment, in more active involvement of cops, in unrespectful behavior toward women, in unreached education, in poor education system, in huge infrastructural development, in corruption done by politician and most important corruption done by us.
Its time to, reform have to grow up, because at least one woman or child is raped every day, poor are not getting the proper funds as recommended by government, India is the largest exporter of rice and second largest of wheat instead of it lakes of people do not get food for one time in a day and many more faults are there in this 21st century computer age. We cannot say that reforms are not there but it is moving with very slow pace. If we desire to make our country a developed country then we need to remove corruption from us. Only it will pull up real reform and we really need it.

Reform means the improvement or amendment of what is wrong, corrupt, unsatisfactory. First of all we have corrupt politicians and we know who they are. Those people who were involved in corruption should be questioned and necessary steps should be taken against such politicians. Also there should be a separate sector which will keep an eye on govt activities. Such sector should always work for the welfare of public without involving them in corruption.

For a developing country like India, whose most of the population lives in rural sector, rate of reforms taking place there is very low. Most of the villages are still not well connected to the nearest urban civilization via ordinary road. Village peoples have common problem of electricity, network, private schooling for children etc.
I think this the is the area where requirement of reformation is most crucial. We all aware of the fact that how agriculture plays highly important role towards GDP contribution. In contrast Metropolis are growing day by day. Stadiums, Parks and many other constructions are enhanced, which drain out lots of government's revenue (although these are important but not in the cost basic needs of village people). Currently reform is a must for each sector of our country and it's rate must be as high as possible. Elite group (members of upper house and senior politicians) has to realize this fact that for the integrity of the nation each people should have equal opportunity and conveniences.
We can't much rely on politicians. Efforts are needed from all of us. Almost everybody from are somehow related to villages, we should to take steps for there reforms. At least the thing which we could do is, we can help villages students in there studies and made them enthusiastic for their and hence nation's growth.

Hello friends.
We in our topic about "Reforms in india" I have some point to discuss in it.
Reforms i.e. reformation of India is not possible because it required unselfish hands which our country can't have.
We are fund of selfishness only thinking of self by abusing lower and middle class people.
This will widen the gap between the rich and the poor i.e80% of the population will be dominated by the 20% richer people.
How can India will be developed.
Further for development an adequate infrastructure was required from metro cities to rural areas which our government fail to provide so.
You remember the emergency in 1991, when the actual reforms has taken place if that was not taken our country should go insolvent and then the policy of globalisation and privatisation commence. This was only due to emergency. And only when those some types of emergency obtain we will surely see the Reforms. Till then the country will run as usual.

Hello friends,
We are discussing about the topic, "reforms have to grow up". We are in a position towards the successful as India is a developed country. We are the responsible person and we should have control over the inflation in our country. In such a way we should avoid corruption at all levels. We are proud to say that, villages are the backbone of india, but for those villages people our government doesn't satisfies the basic requirements. Youngsters are to be motivated to be involved in politics to make the country towards success and developed country.
