Hi, This is Dhananjay.
I am totally agree with this statement. That problem unites us and religion divide us. We can take the current example of the rape and murder case of ASIFA. As we all know that, it's a case in which a girl child whose religion is Muslim, had been raped and murdered. In this situation, we can see that from all over India, people from different religion stand together for justice, although Asifa case is still pending. The gather ness shows us that maybe we are from different religion, but when it comes to RIGHT/JUSTICE, we have to fight together. May God give right justice to ASIFA.

This is absolutely true that problems unite us, religion divide us. As we see the ongoing pandemic of coronavirus doesn't treat a people on basis of religion or status. Nd it's also true that no religion teach us division among humans, but it's only us who do discrimination on this meaning less basis. Instead of this we should learn the goodness of each religion and should belong to the religion of humans. We are ourselve responsible for the voilence on name of religion as no religion teach us these things. It's our human nature only but not the religion. It's the frivolous thinking that divide us. In today's scenerio coronavirus pandemic is actually uniting us. As everyone is showing his /her contribution to tackle the problem. And this can only be solved by the power of unity and not by gloomy division of religion.

Problems unite us and religions divide us - A 200% true line.
My eyes have always sensed religions only as a mode to separate people and nothing else. If religions are really for the goodness of us, then why come there be so many religions. Isn't a single religion enough for this whole human society?
Religions were imposed on us and unfortunately knowingly or unknowingly we are carrying the mighty burden on our backs all through our lives.
On the other hand, problems unites every single one of us, provided we face the same problem.
Conclusion is that it is upon us to act sensibly and maturely to keep our religions below the threshold. If this is done successfully, there is no real need for a problem to unite us. We would have already been united.
Thanks.

Hello Everyone.
I think both problems and religion are uniting and dividing us. There's a problem where people will not take part in resolving it because it is not affecting them much. If they will then they will find someone to blame for that problem 90% of the times someone's religion which gives the problem a communal angle. This is dividing. Now while they are busy in blaming each other problem increase affecting each and every individual. Then they contribute to resolving the issue. This is uniting. Once the issue is resolved then the investigation begins where again division starts. So this is basically a cycle of division and unity. We have seen this in history at the time of our freedom struggle which started with little problems grew with religious struggle and resulted in independence and then again the religious division of our great nation. Let's take recent events - JNU protests, CAA NRC protests, coronavirus pandemic we have been following the same cycle.
Basically, it is- religion exists because of problems and problems arises because of religion and then we the society seek solutions from the same religion.

All face problems in their life. When the same problem happens with us and other people then without seeing religion and all. We help each other. It's really good. But when we are not suffering from problem and we see others suffering. Then we have no effect on ourselves. Here we see person's religion instead of helping him.
And I think religion does three things very effectively:.
It divides people.
It controls people.
It deludes people.
So we must cross the lines of religion and for humanity, we should help each other in any problem. Nd should live peacefully.
Because religion doesn't give us a right judgement of a person.
So don't judge people by their religion. All are ours. Help each other.

Hi Friends,
I agree that problem unite us but if that problem is affecting everyone. We least bother if it's an individual person who is traumatized after it's reflection. But I completely disagree that religion divide us no not at all, Religion never divide us. Every religion provide us a lot of good learning and request us to put it into action indeed to help others in all possible ways. It's religious people who divide us. It's a universal truth that there is a supernatural power who has created such a wonderful world and gifted us to live here happily but we are so busy to seek god that we forget this. Why we don't think in a way like we are a soul which have come here with the permission of God for a very important reason and we will meet him after our work will be finished in this world. Rather than finding God, it's better to search our motive of being here. Did we ever think if it has power to create then certainly it has all the power to destroy it even in just fraction of a second.
But all the so-called religious people are still confident that it's their religion who has that supernatural power. We never understood that we have a beautiful gift of having a human body, but we all are concern about our religion. I believe and respect all the religion and indeed it addresses my identity too so I love it. But for me humanity is the first religion rather than anything else and I get to know with the help of my religion and it's not only me who believe in humanity but there is n number of people who do it and come from a different religion. Because religion always taught us that we should respect each and everyone and you can read it any of the holy books.
In the name of religion, many people forget that we have a foremost religion or we can say that super religion which is called as humanity should be the first priority of every individual person living here. We should permanently be stored it into our mind because we exist in this world is just the kindness of our almighty God.
No religion divide us it's our mentality which isolates us from others, and when we say problem unite us then I want to say that it's not completely right because till we don't see the brutality in the society we don't utter a single word. We never stand for fight things.
Thanks.

Hello Everyone,
Yes, I agree with this statement that "Problems unite us" But don't with statement "Religion divides us". Because, Religion teach us how to treat others, how to live, how to behave, how to speak in a positive way. So, Religion is not a problem, the main problem is negative people who are spreading negative things to the world and seeing everything as a religious issue which is impact other people who are not the part of negative things.
So, It's everyone's responsibility to understand the value of different religions which can built more unity and less fights.
Thank you!

Hi everyone.
Problem unite us but religion also unite us. If we read the scripture of any religion we will never find any despite word or disrespect of any other religion in that scripture then how can we say that religions divide us. If we talk about present time despite of religion are only due to some politician's dirty thinking. They use the religion as election tool. If we follow the actual theory of any religion till then we can not against any other religion and the whole country will be as beautiful as "A garland of many types of flowers".

Yes, it's true that humans always unite while facing problems why should we go far in India itself at that period when Indians are suffering from great depression all the Indians united and send the Britishers back.
But I don't know why people are so sensitive in the name of religion I belong to a Hindu family but along with Chalisa and Artis I know to read namaz and I really love to know about different religions because every religion teaches something good.
So we should respect all and live united.

I do not agree with the statement because I believe that no religion teaches us to do a difference on behalf of race, caste, gender or colour.
Every religion has the same objective, they all teach us about humanity and that humanity unites us to solve any problem.
