It is truly said that problems unite us, and religious divides us because when anyone is in the problem we don't think that he is of which religion, we always try to make him solve, and it's vice versa too.

Yes, problem unites us because problem always wants a right solution. If person unites so problem easily solves in a systematic manner. I give you an example reservation units particuler cast people.

I agree, when we are facing problems that are affecting all we unite to face them, also it is dependent on what the problem is, problems affecting only a community or individual might not unite us.

True proverb. Whenever the problem comes on mankind we all get united. We all forget the prejudice of caste and religion. But because of politician gains, some politicians play dirty politics.

According to me, religion actually broadens our mentality, and teach us that all are the same and also gives us power to help people in need, thus religion doesn't divide us
