@All.
Problems and Religion are tools of unification only if they are in the right hands, which according to me is the same with all the innovation and tools.
The Problem is an opportunity for innovation and if it concerns the public at large, they come together and try to add solutions irrespective of religion.

In my opinion, Religion distinguishes people but not their problems. As an Indian, there is no division between the rules, facilities, availability and decisions.
Everyone is free to communicate and judge.
Religion only differentiate between culture, devotion and beliefs.

Hi everyone,
I want to share my opinion on the topic "Problems unite us, Religion divides us" and I agree with the first half of the statement that is "Problem unite us" as our history itself is an evident to it, for instance "India’s first war of independence- 1857" and so on. But when it comes to the second half of the statement "Religion divides us" I disagree with it.
As, per my view, Religion is something which provide hope, motivation and teaches us to perform righteous deeds in any situations. It also sometimes provides a person's insight. But due some people's selfishness or overshadowing some incident or some other motives, they create friction between community which are the actual reason for disputes between community's disputes.
In conclusion, I wanted to address that it's not religion which is dividing us but the people with their selfish desire to gain anything irrespective of its consequence.

In my perspective, I would completely agree with the 1st statement problem unite us, but I can partially agree with the idea that religion divide us. There were lot of situations from pre independence to post independence, where problem united people such as farmers protest against farm bills, non-cooperative movement against British rule. However there is dual behaviour when it comes to religion, It may unite or divide. It is because of some people who wants to dominate through religion and rumor false claims regarding religion beliefs creating chaotic situations such as riots in west bengal where hindus were attacked and looted. Moreover, there were few situations where people from different religion come forward and stay untied ex. Pahalgham attack where muslims and hindus condemned the attack and stood against it and this same incident also divided people in the name of religion by blaming muslims for the terror attack.
To summarize the topic, I can say that at the time od crisis and scarcity people come and act collectively, however that s different scenario when it comes to religion, which has the potential to unite and also divide people.

I would like to share my thoughts on the topic is "Problems unite us-religion divide us".
I strongly believe that problems unite us, because in many situations, people come together to help each other even people from different religions also, like in pandemic situations everyone helps each other by sharing food, water, shelter and also In recent Pahalgam attack, one of the Muslim guy come forward to help Hindus with his wholehearted. But unfortunately, he left us. So, I believe that problems unite any religion.

Religion does not always divide us in a bad way. Instead, it gives us different ways to see the world, celebrate life, and connect with something greater than ourselves. People follow different religions, but all teach values like love, kindness, and peace.
These differences can help us learn from one another and grow together. Just like different flowers in a garden, different religions add beauty and meaning to our shared world. So, religion can unite us through respect, not divide us.

The statement digs into the 2 dimensions of human nature.
We humans have a weird connection between us. We are born to love. Whenever there is any crisis, any issue or disaster, we consider this a collective problem. We often help strangers. This is where the diversity fades away and humanity takes the front seat.
But when we let religion enter the conversation, there is a sudden shift from collective thinking to individual identity. We start taking an attack on belief as an attack to personal identity. So, yes, Religion comes and creates a partition in humanity. But this is not fully correct. If every religion is understood and studied properly while because after all we are all children of god, then no one can divide us. Instead, we all will bloom together like different flowers in God's garden.

Thank you for allowing me to be a part of this group discussion.
Today’s topic is “Problem unites us, and religion divides us. ”.
I believe this is a very relevant topic in today’s world. From my perspective, problems often bring people together, regardless of religion, caste, or background.
For example, when there is a natural disaster, war, or any national crisis, we all stand united as one. We never ask, “Which religion are you from?” Instead, we focus on helping each other and saving lives, because in such times, humanity comes first.
On the other hand, religion sometimes creates division, not because religion itself is bad, but because of how it is misused by some people. Many conflicts in history have been caused by religious misunderstandings or extremism.
But we should remember — no religion teaches hatred. All religions preach love, peace, and kindness. So instead of letting religion divide us, we should learn from it and allow it to bring us closer.
In the end, we are all human beings first. We have a brain to think wisely and a heart to feel compassion.
Let’s be thankful to God for giving us this beautiful life and make efforts to stay united in problems and peace.
Thank you. That’s all from my side.

Topic: problem unite us, religion divides us.
I concur the first statement, but the second statement is not completely correct it's not religion which divides us; sometimes the preachers of the religion spread misinformation or hate against the other religion. If we read any of religious books we get to know humanity is the first religion and our motive should be to spread love, kindness, if we see in present scenario politicians rise the issues based on religion to divide people for their benefits we need to understand that religion is something that meets us to spirituality it is not a topic of war we should respect every religion and learn something new from each Just like in problems we forget that what religion we belong or what religion other or we came together and help each other to come out of that problem same like we should respect everyones personal beliefs.
