Privatization will lead to Less Corruption

Privatization is not gonna make any changes in any of our system. If we are taking the case of our engineering colleges, most of them are private institutions. Even Though they used to collect a large amount from each student as donation. This is an another face of corruption. But instead of that we must follow top tax system. It will be better than anything.

No privatization will only control the corruption to some extent at lower level but at higher level corruption can't be controlled by privatization. As we see in order to make any sector private large amounts of bribes are given by interested firms/companies to the govt so don't think that privatization can control corruption.

Privatization and corruption both are totally different thing. Those people who are corrupt it doesn't matter whether they are in public sector or government sector they will remain corrupt. The only benefit of privatization is that quality of output of different organization will improve. As you can take the example of Indian railway if it will be privatized then you will able to see the standard of the Indian railway.

According to me privatization will eradicate corruption because it will reduce working area of an organisation.

People will focus on their development but indirectly it will make the country developed by increasing the per capital income.

Corruption will reduce compare to government sector because employee can go to the organisation CEO for their problem directly and its not a one year process.

Though privatisation includes more investments but it ensures quality.

From my point of view, it would be wrong to say that privatization would lead to wipe off of corruption as it is not an activity which is limited few individuals working in public sectors. As in recent many private firms are found alleged in corruption. To be with corruption or act against it is up to an individual, whether he is from public or private sector.

As corruption can happen anywhere. By cleansing or rather sanitizing I should say working environment of public sector, would be an long term solution. Leadership should be strong and committed enough for welfare organisation. Of these things are OK. Corruption wouldn't exist for long. Privatization is a short term solution, would act like painkiller which has its side effects too, such as increased rates etc.

According to me privatization will lead to good quality & management but to say that privatization will decrease corruption is not justifiable. Because in privatization everyone wants to earn more and more and he would like to do anything for earning money even corruption will also not be a big deal.

So as I think about privatization, the first point comes in my mind is that- No Emotions No mercy, only earning.

So friends, I will never support Privatization at any situation.

In my view it is not that privatisation will lead to less corruption as in the recent memory we have heard Satyam case of private sector and also 2G scam, Coalgate etc where both private and public sector involved. So to eradicate corruption can't be achieved immediately by doing privatisation instead we should have some strict law like Janlokpal bill to deal with the corrupted without any differentiation between government or private organisation.

As many of the above have mentioned, even I feel that Privatization is not the solution for reducing corruption.

In simple words, now the money need not be distributed to a huge chain, right from peon / watchman to the minister, Now it can directly be distributed between few people only.

But corruption, or in other words wrong or incorrect practices won't stop.

Privatization also, companies will invest money, and then once it comes to earning, then it like a downpour for them, (one time investment).

When politicians were involved, atleast the feared a bit, for the had next elections to play for, and they needed support. If privatization comes in, those who takeover, not all will be noble people.

Imagine, now we have atleast few scams, if Privatization is done we can have many RAJU'S and RADIAS and KALMADIS.

SO I feel, instead of complete privatization, if it is done by both political, private sector, and societies together, it would be better.

Hello friends, this is sneh I also want to add one more point. As per my point of view problem is not in private sector or public sector. The basic problem is the mentality of the people. They just want to fullfill their own dreams, society welfare is not important for them. Neither we can say privatisation is not responsible for corruption because satyam scam is big example for this. Nor we can say public sector is not responsible because 2G scam is there in which public sector is involved. So as per me people mind set is responsible for corruption.

What I feel is privatization means every things will be in the hands of private organization. Politicians can not interfere in it directly so definitely corruption will be very less and one more thing that we can expect quality from private organization.
