Hello friends,

In my opinion, privatization cannot get help in rid away of corruption, because of lack of motivation in public sector people do not work as they are intended to do. For example, incentives are not given on the basis of performance, their honesty. Further, they get job security, they know that if he/she won't work at all then also then also they will get paid.

So government should change their policy.

I think privatization helps in development of country because if somebody want to establish own business then he establish his business and give chance to another people to work with him. So unemployment is reduce by the privatization.

If business get profit the business men give income tax, sales tax to the government by these taxes country moves on the side of development. Private sector industries works on the standards and policies. Because the owner of private sector industries want to grow their business to earn more profit and provide best facilities rather than the public sector. Government hospitals not give the best facilities to the patience but private hospitals give the best facilities.

Yes there is less corruption in Private Sectors because they have an efficient system. People working in private sectors have a fear of loosing their jobs. To stop corruption we need to have a transparent system that these private sectors have, so have less corruption. People working in both sectors are human and can go corrupt.

Stay away from Privatization. Think of it in this way, if a private company is interested in taking over a Service then it thinks that it can make a profit on this Service. These profits will go to the Shareholders who might be outside the country. Wouldn't it be better if the profits remained with the govt i.e. the Nation. We have to better manage these public Sector services and run them like a private company. The only winner from Privatization is the private company and the only loser is the Nation.

Not at all. People have this deep notion in their minds especially Indians that government organizations don't work, and they just earn and relax. Such wrong belief system is so deep rooted in the minds of Indians and when it comes to the preference of either government or private job, then 90% of Indians would opt a government job. When you want to fill your tummy by a government job, then why you cannot work hard ?

Thus, I am against the statement, I think its just the mentality of Indians, else ask a government employee, he works hard to uplift his organization.

Yes I do agree with this statement. The Private sector can make less corruption than the public sector. Moreover they want flawless system in their process. Until the people have that fear for punishment, there will be a less corruption. Privatization surely make the change in the corruption system.

Thanks.

Privatization is not good for India, because in the private education system only few people will get benefit, specially only the upper income people only will be benefited in private education system. Lower income people will not benefit even though they have talent. Because they impose fees for every body in a huge level. And in the private sector jobs also there some problems. In private sector tremendous work pressure will be there. So many conditions will be their. What I want to say that the education system and providing jobs also should be taken by the Government. Then only all categories of people will be benefited.

Everyone said their point of view about the about private and public sector. I agree with their all of them According to me, in private Sector sometime management problems will be arising it will also creates the problem to the work people by this they may not have the chances concentrate on their works by this growing is less in the private sector.

In public sector control can undertakes by the government it does not have the management directly towards and depends government control in economy if the public sector goes up everything it will be growing those are working under public sector they will get the benefit from public sector as well as the for economic growth.

Hello friends,

The root cause of corruption is human selfishness and their laziness.

They wants, their desires have increased but don't want to give their best. We need to work on cause of corruption. Rather than which sector should be in existence.

Zero tolerance for corruption.

Stringent laws and regulations should be there for corrupted people.

Improvement in education system that is emphasis on moral values should be more. Meditation in morning assembly can work well. Students can feel mental peace and come to know more about themselves.

Instead of changing the system, there is immense need to change the mindset of Indians.

We should look for improvements in existing system rather than blaming existing system and replacing with another one.

Thanks.

Mainly Corruption takes place between the person who want's the work to be accomplished easily and the person who will look for short cut ways to earn money.

These type of people cannot be found on private corporations, because these companies will hire the persons who work hard and these companies provide good benefits to these type of people with good salaries and promotions. So these employees will not look for the alternatives to earn money.

But if you consider govt employees. The salaries provided to them will be fixed and so these people will look for alternatives to earn money and this leads to corruption.
