Hi, friends! according to my point of view, privatization is a very helpful idea to control corruption. Because in private sector every person is always worried about their job security. If they don't do their work in a right way, they may lose their job. In the other hand, gov workers have not any fear about their job. Many people want to join government sector just to earn more money without any hard work. Privatization is a good option but if we apply it in all the sectors then it will create very problems for the middle class and lower class family. For example: if all medical sector and education sector will be privatized then it will not be easy to afford good education and good medical facilities for the poor people because we all know the condition of private colleges and private hospitals. Privatization should be done but only in those areas where corruption is a common thing like construction sector.

Hello Friends,

In my opinion, it is true that privatization will lead to less corruption in comparison to the government sector because the job of the employees in the private sector is not secured and they know very well if they would not provide the result to the organisation which would contribute to the growth of it they will be fired or retrenched which will lead to less corruption in the private sector but on the contrary side it is obvious that it depends on the person's mind to get bribe or not but if we talk about the ratio so it 80:20 i.e. there are only 20% people who are corrupt in the private sector but in the government sector this ratio is 80% which turned me to tell that privatization will lead to less corruption but is is also take in the, mind that 100% privatization is not beneficial because every private organisation work for profit but government organisation work for country.

Thank You.

Privatization can't eradicate corruption from the society but as far as I think corruption can be reduced to a very great extent by empowering the private institutions to take up the lift in many government organization. There can be few exceptions were private institutions like SATYAM Comp. Have put India down.

People are appointed in private sectors after a very hard work and talent and seldom they'll try to lose their job by involving themselves into corruption. We have seen people who are not even 10th passed have topped to get the seats in parliament and legislatures. But private sectors are talent, job skill and work oriented, means their employees are well educated and decent enough to know the economic and other challenges our country have been facing in this era. So they won't involve themselves such kind of business if they have a little respect or moral for the society they are living in.

I totally disagree with this statement. Whether its private or government organisation none can help to remove corruption because people are mean and the corruption lies in their mind, they only see money and nothing else matters to them. As everyone knows the highest amount of corrupted people are politicians, they support others too in this corruption process, we can't deal with them although we want to. We cannot trust them and say so if government changes how can this be sure that the new one's are not corrupted. In my opinion if we want to reduce corruption it can't be removed in current we will have to change India's laws first. The only way to reduce or we can say remove corruption in future is that we will have to encourage moral values or education in various schools, colleges and business institutions so that we can have good human resources in future.

Hello everyone.

My name is Rajdeep Kumar.

Now we are going to discuss about privatization will lead to less corruption.

Yes, definitely privatization will lead less corruption it also depends on mindset and atitude of people,

1.Because some people in government job they think they are government servent they don't work full efficiency.

2. Because of privatization improve efficiency in comparison of public sector.

3. Hard rules and regulations in private sector.
They always afraid about job because they know if I don't work proper then our job should go.

Conclusion :- In my opinion, privatization will lead to less corruption because of privatization people work full efficiency, and last I would like to say that it's depends on mindset of people and education is the best way to reduce corruption.

Thank you everyone

In my view point, privatisation will definitely reduce the corruption. Because Red Tapism is not possible there. That is a time delay for moving a file related to problems or needs of common man. In government organisations in order to make these files move common people is required to give them bribe. Why this so? It is mainly because of the job security enjoyed by govt officials. They are not having any fear of loosing the job. But in the case of Pvt companies, these actions are enough for loosing the job. This will instil a fear of loosing the job among employees. So corruption will be reduced. Another reason for reduced corruption is higher remuneration paid by these Pvt companies. Because of these salaries, there is no need for receiving any bribe. And above all these mindsets of people should be changed first.

Hello everybody. Privatization is something that will result in coming out of the control of govt and somehow it may soar the related prices of the corresponding sector. As long as the control is under govt, there is possibility to plummet this but privatization may not give the public to opportunity to curb this.

So I believe that this being the negative trait of privatization may lead to corruption but like everything privatization has also got its pros and cons. The advantage could be that a person employed in private sector could work selflessly and hence contribute towards national development.

A govt employe after getting abundant facilities becomes indolent which hinders development and ultimately rises to corruption. So the bottom line is that few sectors could be privatized and looked after carefully.

Hello everyone, corruption is no where related to government sector or private sector, its the mind set of the people, even the private firms have to pay commission to get their work done faster so there is no surety that privatizing the sector will reduce corruption. I support that their should be privatization (with partial monitoring from government) in sectors which needs upliftment such as infrastructure, power, agriculture, health care etc so that we economically become strong.

Privatizing these sectors will not only boosts and bring revenue but will also generate employment and increase competition, more company will join there by competing for price, quality and quantity to meet the demands of the people as result customer will get good quality of infrastructure, better facility and at cheaper price.

I think, yes, privatization leads to less corruption. I will explain it by example i.e. like in the Ahmedabad city there is private company of light supplier i.e.Torrent Power. It solves the problem on only one call. But if street light is gone off and we call 10 times to govt than they will be doing at 11th complaint. But I don't think that only private sectors only lead to less corruption.

The change in Human mentality will only need to not less corruption but it will be no corruption. Because if people will only not give any money for to be done his work than there will be no corruption. Like students give the money to his coaching sir for giving him more marks or to give paper. So I think change in Human mentality will only lead to no corruption instead less corruption.

Thank you.

Hi Guys,

I think so "Privatization will lead to Less Corruption" because all the private sectors follow its own rules and regulations so that they can increase their profit ratio and to decrease their possible loss in front of their growth.

Getting jobs in private sectors are base on personal interviews which become a strong lock over the employees to do work honestly and there are many more thinks to do with them so that they don't think about fraud at all inside or out side of the company.

Corruption is all over different way to earn money that is totally illegal activity which we keep on trying in our lives to be a rich personality.

I'm not trying to say that 'BLACK' is strong to apply in our lives but 'WHITE' is stronger than 'BLACK' which gives us peaceful mind.

Thanks.
