The major concern behind MNCs is they aim their profit irrespective of the nation and economy of the nation. We can see this that all sectors are now toppled by MNCs (except few Indian brands) by acquisition, merger etc. So it can be said that control of nation's business is in the hands of MNCs i.e. nation is dependent on them. Initially, their products can be bought at low prices but after attaining the market share their prices go beyond sky. This is seen in many of countries. At any cost, we cannot handover the control of our economy to these MNCs.

Regarding employment, they create employment opportunities to few as compared to people getting unemployed because of them. Can't these companies be equated with new East India Companies? This is food for thought of all Indians.

As, we talk about MNC's, every case two coin has two side,

When we see at brighter side, we see there are many plus points like.

1. Life standard.
2. High salaries.
3. Platform to prove our self.
4. Increase GDP rate of our country.
5. Increase employability of our country.
6. Change people vision, due industrialization.

Darker side.

1. Effect on employee health, due to late work, tension of completion task before deadline.
2. Lead to corruption, as we seen in films.
3. MNC'S only thinks about their profit, they don't think about honesty, health, problems care they only profit.

All the points have been discussed here, but there's one left which I want all of you to get aware of.

The biggest disadvantage of huge number of MNCs coming in India is the falling of Rupee. ! We talk about brain drain. , but what about WEALTH DRAIN. ! The wealth of country is draining like anything to other countries. MNCs have dominated the Indian market.

This is highly increasing the cost of going overseas, whatever the purpose. , It is especially creating problems to students who want to study abroad. !

So dear people please, "BUY INDIAN, BE INDIAN".

In a country the total economic empowerment and development of GDP solely depend upon inflows of currency, the current account deficits will be narrowed only due to inflows of huge currency the inflows can't be as huge that required for a country's economy unless a MNCS that may be foreign or indigenous has not invested in a country.

Companies are the driver of economy the country will be more developed only when it will be industrialized. This industrialization can't be done only with our own company. Some foreign partners are also required to increase the competition and more inflows. Yes some action should be taken to control these MNC from outside. Some policy should be developed so that the MNC should not use our resources to develop their own country.
