Hi Friends, According to me Everything has pros and cons same with multinational companies.

MNC'S are providing very good opportunity to people to earn according to their work they will get chance to go abroad and live lifestyle that they want. But IT'S are sit together more than 12 to 14 hours continuously without taking any break. Just because of this lots of health problem will start in very small age like B.P, Sugar. Tension, Headache. Etc.

IN Government sector we are sure about our job. We are not getting satisfactory salary. Even jobs are very less in Government Sector. But who get job are relaxed in their job. Working hours are comfortable. That we couldn't get in MNC'S.

In regard to this topic I would like to say that globalization has seeped in the Indian roots so much that it is inevitable and not desirable that any country like India can survive without these supporting pillars of globalization. Actually it has been started due to the low productivity, red tape and other issues like corruption also.

It has been observed that the productivity and profit has increased heftily due to the private companies coming into the foray i.e. PPP-Public private partnership. Some companies which are at the verge of going down the sustainable level, then these MNCs come to there rescue often with conditional.

But a large chunk o public sector companies are profiting form this. We can take the illustration of the coal mining. 90% of the coal mining in India is done by coal India which is a public sector owned company. Largely the coal blocks are allocated to them. The result is non-expedient process of mining which is a hurl back at the economy itself because most of the power generated in our country is through coal plus there are coal mafia also indulged. MNCs are giving lots of employment opportunities also to our young generation which are looking every time to have a job in public sector.

The added advantage of these companies is the transparent process of hunting the candidate. These companies has infused a sense of rapprochement with the outside world also, breaking the so there is also mutual cooperation and understanding. With the added advantage of FDI now MNCs can invest in Indian companies without having a second thought. Conclusively it can be said if India puts its manpower and resources to work in collaboration with the outside world effectively and efficiently that is can fuse a sense of reliability among Indian investors and also the world we see to it the Indian growth story.

In my personal opinion , many of our indigineous companies have been flushed out of the market due to the arise of MNC. With huge inflow of amount and higher technical expertise,it is like david and goliath. Since the people havent able to withstand the competetion, they have withdrawn. True development is the one which each and every section of people have a share in it. But the advent of mnc's only have widened the gap. If we want to move a step forward, it lies only on the encouragement of indigenous companies.

As per our discussion we have two side. But today based on our cost living we need more more money so unfortunately we depends on mnc at the same time who said mnc companies are not taking care of our health, the are spending more than our Indian companies, here without consistency we can't able to survive, in our Indian company we can survive because of assertion. They are not allowed.

Hello friends,

I have read many comments with pros and cons of MNC's. I would love to give mine too.

As per my view MNC's are not devils. Because every company is established to earn some profit and as they are investing more they have the right to earn profit.

Yes, MNC's are recruiting students from top colleges/Universities. But also they started recruiting from others too. If a student who ever is studying in top university might worked so hard to get admission over there and he deserves this.

As many friends already stated, every coin has two sides.

MNC's are well contributing to GDP and developing excellent infrastructure and because of these MNC's new technologies are well adopted here. They even providing a huge employment and handsome salaries.

During 1990's when Indian economy is growing at snail speed, these MNC's hastened the growth.

Some has stated the employment given by them is very less. I agree, but as a company they can employ as per their need.

Also a few said they are working only for profits. May be, as a company they will earn. But as per Government rules CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) activities are compulsory and MNC's are following now.

Some said MNC's are not allowing small scale business to develop. I completely disagree with this. Because this is a competition world and they compete for their existence. Though if MNC's are not there, we are not sure Indian giants like TATA, Reliance, Birla's etc. , would encourage small scale businesses.

MNC's also having dark side, because of whom scams are happening. Also remember Indian MNC's also involved in the same.

Not talking about MNC's, let hope Indian Government May bring some regulations which encourage entrepreneurship and small scale businesses.

Thanks. !

Hello friends,

MNC is not the devil because not only it provides high comforts and benefits to the people these made our country noticeable around the globe. But in mean while it must not restrict its vision towards profit, it should also interact with the society by helping in some or the other way.

Yes they are devils in disguise, they might be providing jobs and paying huge amount of Taxes to governments but the big question is are they here for social work ? answer is no. They simply comes to earn Huge profits. What they brings with them ? only Money and uses our resources our manpower and makes profits. The more these companies earns the more their economy rises and our economy degrades.

Why ? because economical growth of nation depends upon the growth of their homeland companies here our homeland companies are either bought or destroyed by MNCs. Which makes us fully dependant upon these companies. The only solution to tackle these devils is to preserve a minimum 60% quota of market share to the Homeland companies this will help in a healthy competition that will result in growth of both our Homeland companies and our nations Economy.

Hello friends. Its a fact that MNC's only motive is profit, but I have a question.

Don't you think that each and every individual wants profit. We all know people won't pull up their socks to work hard unless and until they are profited. In a similar fashion MNC wants profit, but what's the harm if our nation and MNC both get profited. Practically its good that our economy is also prospering with the help of MNCs.

These multinational companies brings employment they also create competition which is really required to improve the quality of goods and ultimately the consumer can have access to goods at reasonable price. During recession our economy was drastically going down but it was MNC which pulled the nation from this trench. MNC's are profusely responsible for the development of infrastructure, lifestyle of people, status and so on. People though have to work hard in MNC's but they get handsome salary as well. Friends we all know the intensity of corruption in our country and also the numbers of people who avoid paying taxes somehow and consequently the exact revenue which is supposed to be generated never reaches the government MNC's plays a major role in the generation of revenue in the form of tax.

I do agree that there are many problems like corruption, hike in price etc occurs due to the activities of MNC's but there is hope that we can handle it if we implement some laws which can prevent amiss caused by MNC's. If MNC's are the devil in disguise then it is obscure that how the entire nation is being benefited by MNC's.

I would say they ain't Devils rather angels in disguise.

How could we blame them for setting up bases in our country and letting people help earn good money and also give a good share in nations GDP. They are in fact providing a good platform for us to explore us in to outer world. They also boost Indian companies to compete against them by providing good quality service, which in turn would lead Indian to thrive towards giving good service.

Multinational companies are disguise devils in some way but mncs are not totally devil as they provide the jobs to the unemployment peoples so they act as lord for some people. The devils face of mncs are they always thought about their profit. They does not thought about the profit of their customers. They always want to cheated the customers by mixing some unwanted things to the customers. That is the mainly devils face of multinational company. But all mnc are not behave the devil for their customers because they thought about their profit as well as their customers profit that is important. That`s why growth of this type of companies is very well compare to other companies. So this type of company does not have a disguise face.
