Hi,

MBA is the professional course where we collect the managerial skill and knowledge and help me build my career in finance marketing.

MBA because it helps you to learn how to organise yourself and then to synchronise it with the responsibility and roles you are handling in any faces of your life.

Whether it is an organisation or when it comes to work-life balance.

MBA is overrated in India first we need to understand that we have two parallel in MBA, one is government owned MBA colleges another one is B-School, the student mainly think that if they do MBA they will get job for sure, if we notice in these days the number of B-School in India is just keep increasing, the student who does MBA in govt colleges those students only look for certificate and normal job but don't even try to grab more knowledge on the specialization but in case of B-School they are taking more fees and also placing the student for decent packages but those are like training institution just focusing on teaching the skill which required to do a MBA not concentrating on any moral ethics.

Friends. I think over rating of MBA is not due to the reason that the students want high qualification but the reason is the high and attractive package they'll get after MBA. Students are more interested in package than MBA.

More over not only the Commerce students are go for MBA but also the science background students also try for it after B. Tech. And also from other fields.

But do you think that after MBA from a good college, a student is able to perform his job until he gets the practical knowledge of that work.

I think that practical knowledge is more important than grasping the books from a reputed college.

India needs such kind of colleges which will provide practical knowledge more than the bookish knowledge.

No doubt MBA is overrated in India. But it seems that MBA has very vast scope in our country. Because various business developing day by day and due to that the demand for MBA is increasing. According to economics - INCREASE IN DEMAND : INCREASE THE PRICE OF COMMODITY.

Yes, In India, many things are Overrated, but those things have demand in a market that is why it is overrated MBA is not a waste of time but is beneficial for all us whether it is from Science, Commerce, Arts or Hotel Industry. It is up to the people how they can do and many things is that if you are doing MBA you have learned something from it and apply in real life whether it is corporate life. I have seen many people after 4 years of exp they are going for full-time MBA, many people will say their opinion but at the end, in my opinion, neither leaning can be waste or degree can be waste.

Yeah, I agree with this it highly overrated because no other course is better than MBA. If I talk about ca and cs there is negative marking and the passing result is only 3% every year. What should do the student obviously he/she is going in MBA. No any single college who done the MBA less than 5lakhs rupees every college fees is more than it and it gives no possibility to provide good placement.

I don't think MBA is overrated but those students who did MBA are not willing to work in India because of the money they have spent for the education and every one in the world likes to take back the money which they are invested right.

I feel MBA gained popularity because of the growth of MNC's and separation of ownership and management. Doing MBA or not is purely a personal decision and it should be left for him or her to decide whether MBA will be suitable or not. Increasing complexity of business makes the need of management graduates imperative who are equipped professionally in strategic thinking.

So, according to me, MBA is not at all over rated.

I will agree on this statement now a days every wants to do an MBA but it is also truth that every body wants to open MBA institutes. Students mainly think that mba is shortcut key to success by taking an admission and pass the examination they get o job and that is why they are ready to pay the money for mba also those Institutes which are not affiliated but the truth is that for getting o god job depends only two factors-.

1. Your ability.

2. The quality of education given by your Institutes.

Finally I said MBA is not for everybody and every body should not open an mba Institutes.
