My dear friends, don't argue. Studying is in your hands and experience too is in your hands. Achieve. While studying you are already having experience, if you are studying not. I think you understand, what I want to say. Take your life seriously. Your life is in your hand, make it or break it. Doesnot matter from where and which school you are studying, what really makes difference is you. Believe in self. You can do anything you want to.
For MBA I will say. It is now dream of everyone to do mba. Since mba gives you something but not my dear, not everything. It is not the problem of ourselves but of the environment around us, we are all fed of what is happening in our place. My country India. The peoples do mba and want to go foreign countries to earn money. No one is ever thinking of our country. If all are going work to the upliftment of our country, evrything will be solved within 20 years. We are still struggling,
Do you know the country next to us, china is increasing globally and economically. Do you know the reason, technically also they are strong, have highest population. Highest and biggest infrastructures build there.
They are growing but we are not.
If you can find answer for this, you will find an answer for yourself too.

Well said abv by Kapil. "Apprx 90% opts for MBA because of the great middle class Indian Dream- to achieve Fame, 10% genuinely interested to learn, to prosper & to contribute to industry". But simultaneously with MBA degree, a persons circle, interest, inner talent & background matters a lot to achieve success.

Yes of course I will agree on a point that is MBA's in India is highly over rated because every one is on having the opinion that to be like an mba student, but only some of the people were having that zeal to achieve it, but due to the high amount they will not come or enter into this professional programme.

Hi Friends,
I think this is a very hot topic these days. MBA has become the order of the day and shortcut for success. Everyone wants to do an MBA and get into a high paying job.
But the real question is how many really have the ability to excel in this.
These days MBA has become all about money. First of all every institution wants to start MBA even though they don't have the basic facilities and infrastructure.
And all the students just blindly pay a huge amount of fees and join. But MBA is not only about submitting fake and copies projects and assignments, not bunking the classes or just passing the exams. But the real purpose of MBA should be to acquire in depth knowledge in the chosen specialization. In other words one should really specialize in the chosen subject. Only then can an MBA really add any value to any organization.
I think the government really needs to look into the number of new institutions mushrooming and the quality of education being offered.

I will agree on this statement now a days every wants to do an MBA but it is also truth that every body wants to open MBA institutes. Students mainly think that mba is shortcut key to success by taking an admission and pass the examination they get o job and that is why they are ready to pay the money for mba also those Institutes which are not affiliated but the truth is that for getting o god job depends only two factors-.
1. Your ability.
2. The quality of education given by your Institutes.
Finally I said MBA is not for everybody and every body should not open an mba Institutes.

I feel MBA gained popularity because of the growth of MNC's and separation of ownership and management. Doing MBA or not is purely a personal decision and it should be left for him or her to decide whether MBA will be suitable or not. Increasing complexity of business makes the need of management graduates imperative who are equipped professionally in strategic thinking.
So, according to me, MBA is not at all over rated.

Dear friends,
Let us all agree to the fact that India being a developing Economy and a country which is seen as a super future super power has one of the biggest and most powerful resource available, Human Resource. Doing an MBA from an reputed institute is only the tip of the ice berg. People Pay hefty fees, Toil their heads and yet MBA fetches them nothing, At the end of the day you have, 1000 students with merely 10 placements. What a shame! But the Irony is people knowing the Dark side of MBA, still choose it. God knows why?
Lets realize the fact, that its a business deal where students loose and the Mafia (Institute Owners) win.
Its a Win-Lose situation, chose yours wisely.
