Hi.

In my opinion, mars mission is totally justified. If we look at it from the perspective of cost, we all know that ISRO managed to complete this mission with a minimal cost of less than 75 million dollars. This shows the amount of efficiency and optimization in the engineering field that our country was able to achieve.

Furthermore, we have now gained insights into sending probes to mars at minimal cost and with effective engineering methods which places us among one of the most efficient space agencies in the world.

By completing this mission we have not only placed ourselves into the group of elites but also we have developed multifarious technologies for future usage. Job opportunities have been created and there has been a significant technological advancement.

It was said that, the men who found our world, did it not by sitting inside a cave and shying away from danger and natural calamities, but by those who had the courage to venture out into the wilderness with a determined heart.

Sure, there are problems in our country and the money spent on space missions could be spent for the locals, but by developing space technology we are not only helping our country, we are helping our species as a whole. Science grows step-by-step and in between come few people who change the way we think. But to reach there we have to do small incremental changes, and mars mission was one of those.

We can use the ideas and technologies developed, for other space missions in the future and also for satellite technologies. As a big power in the world, surrounded by not so friendly neighbours developing space technology also helps in defending ourselves.

I would like to end my answer by quoting Dr. APJ Adbul Kalam, "Strength respects strength".

Good morning everyone,

Mars mission for India is always justified because of successful lending on mars and the image and reputation of INDIA on the global map increases our scientists were intelligent and efficient in their work they completed the whole Mars mission under the budget of 450cr from launching their first satellite in space to perfect soft lending on mars and back to earth but in my opinion there are other big problem to deal with as we all know India is still a developing nation as there is no perfect solution for poverty, hunger, unemployment in India.

In India there are more than 1/3 of the population is struggling with increasing rates of unemployment, increasing lack of education etc.

Our government should invest the money in India for the sake of the development of infrastructure, the building of libraries in every city of India, and places to stay for beggars and should provide food and shelter to area and people who are still under the line of poverty.

We all know that in today's time life on the moon and Mars and even in space is not possible because of lack of oxygen and gravitation force so why our government is spending money on this type of mission just for the sake of knowledge about space.

In my opinion, this mission is justified because it is directly connects with our sentiment and love towards the nation but the government should start focusing on the main problem with which our half of the nation is dealing.

Thank you and have a wonderful day.

Hii everyone.

My name is Nidhi Sahu.

I am talking about Chandrayan it is the greatest opportunity for India it created an amazing image in front of the world it will encourage youth to be innovative and successful this achievement for successful soft lending I am also happy for my own country I am Indian and also ISRO is the brain of a technology and also ISRO researchers are very intelligent and wonderful use own knowledge and apply new technology and Adiblity thought this mission was achieved and government also provide fund for mass mission it's showing 4 position of the world to the reached the moon and identity water on the moon so it's a amazing opportunity for India.

After this opportunity, ISRO gets a new international project.

It only was the reason for this mass mission to develop the Nation and develop new skills that's why.

India spending money on Chandrayaan 75 billion will attract tourists and thus increase the national income but a space mission is more important as it will create a benchmark for India worldwide. ISRO is spreading itself it brings several employment for engineers.

It's soft leading on 23 Aug 2023.

So it's amazing for India.

And I am proud I am Indian.

Thank you.

There is a saying, "Do not put all the eggs into one basket". This is true. People have been often saying that we must invest money on the poor people and our basic needs. But the thing is that what will be the benefit of investing money into the poor if there will be no jobs in the country. By that, I mean, let us take the example of free education for the poor. Suppose we invest a huge amount of money into free education for the poor kids. They study and grow up to become engineers or scientists. Now, they will look for jobs and they will find nothing because no money was invested into any sector related to science and technology. Where will they apply their knowledge? That is where we understand the need of sectors like space research. We must focus on overall development and not on a single thing.

And Mars mission helped us a lot. It helped India in expertise in its technologies. It increased further scientific research in the nation. It also helped in encouraging the young generation to take science. A nation can only progress if it focuses on research and technology. And as I have said earlier, overall growth is important.

Hi everyone,

Mars mission for India is more than justified, it is a proud moment for each and every citizen of India. ISRO showed ours true potential to the world, that we can also achieve some great heights in the area of space research. The shocking view for the world is successfully completion of the mission in a very low budget and this shows the true example of utilization of engineering knowledge. Many countries are saying that India should invest the mission money to their proverty stricken area, so that they can get rid of poverty and unemployment. But the ones, who are criticising this mission, are only jealous about India's Mars Mission, they dosen't want India to explore science and technology. Many space organisations having enormously large funding from different sources but our ISRO is so efficient that they are doing all types of space missions in a very low budget profile as they don't have good amount of funding as others.

ISRO is never about boasting or showing the world their skills, ISRO's only motive is to use their knowledge for the betterement of society.

I am proud to be Indian.

Thank you.

Good morning everyone,

I would like to share my thoughts on one of the most impactful missions undertaken by ISRO: the Mars Mission.
This mission signifies the current state of our country and its remarkable growth.
Let's break it down. Firstly, it demonstrates that India is asserting itself in the realm of space research and technology, making it impossible for the world to ignore our achievements. Secondly, this mission paves the way for many future endeavours and challenges other nations by showcasing that passion and dedication, coupled with minimal investment, can yield miraculous results.

I also want to address those who believe that shifting investments or focusing solely towards alleviating poverty is the solution. While it may address immediate problems, neglecting other sectors can lead to long-term repercussions. Hence, our country must maintain a balanced focus across all sectors.

In conclusion, even a simple idea can have a groundbreaking impact.

Thank you.

If the question arises about justification, then of course it is justified for any country to make developments in science and technology.

But, in the case of India or any other developing or underdeveloped countries, the question usually arises in the case of space missions because these countries usually suffer in poverty a lot.

In India, 40 percent of the people come from malnutrition.

The Mars Mission or any other space missions certainly make a mark in the case of development in science and technologies but this doesn't mean the overall development of the country. The question will not arise if the government also focuses on the problems related to poverty, malnutrition, corruption, and lots of other sectors needing development.

So at the end, I must say the Mars Mission is always justified in India, but only if our country equally focuses on overall development.

So, I think that it is justified.

And I am proud to be an Indian.

Thank you.

Hey Everyone, I think it is the Mars mission is justified in every single way possible. It's inspired a whole generation to work for something they really love, kids understand what it means for India to be at the centerstage among all other nations in the world. Internationally, we have garnered lot of attention for being the first nation to crack mars in the very first attempt and the budget with which we have done that makes us even more efficient and flaunts our talent. In a national level as a well, it's a huge boost for all the companies who work really close to space research no matter whether it is a raw material providing company or one having something in the technical side to be taken care of. Moreover the upcoming projects in the light of this project might help India to have a upper hand in space considered to other developing countries helping the defence sector as well to dominate our enemies.

Hello everyone,

Living in the era of technology and development, India still lacks behind other countries like the USA, Japan, and South Korea in overall development and growth. In my opinion, India's keen interest in the Mars mission is fully justified, this will not only give us a boost in the global dominance race but also help to strengthen the backbone of the country's economy.

India already has the upper hand in the Mars missions, as it was the first country to send a satellite into the planet's orbit for surveillance and to gather knowledge. If we use this advanced opportunity to gain more information, India's global game will be up.

Moreover, working on such types of missions will give a boost to skilled employees, who are unemployed even after getting a well-glorified degree from a well-known institution.

Thus, the Mars mission is beneficial to the development of India.
