Hello everyone,
In my view, it depends on the situation and may vary from person to person. In some situations, we feel confident but may be confused in others. Confidence comes when we are familiar with the subject.
For example, many people seem confident when talking about their career plans, while others do not.
So, in conclusion, I want to say that with proper guidance from their family members, they can improve their confidence.

Hello everyone, my name is vikas.
I would like to add my opinion on this topic, As we all are aware of how the person make their decision before they think about that, then after they start to do something but he didn't convert their thought into action because of a lot of distraction and usually, they don't decide their vision and remain same as before they are so from my side conclusion whenever the people stuck in their situation they will always in confusion for their career.

Hello Everyone. I am Rohit Kumar.
Today's youth of India is confused because actually, they don't know what I do. They have many options to become a good person At the time, he did many things like business, trading, and stock Marketing but he didn't know actually what could do. So, I think the youth of India are confused.

Hi everyone.
In my perspective, the majority of them are not confident because of a lack of guidance and no proper knowledge of what they want to do. When they know what they want to do they'll be more confident. To make that possible everyone should try to find out what their passion brings automatically.

Hello everyone.
I think today's youth is very confident that they make decisions for themselves as they take the leadership of changes that are needed or required.

In my perspective, today's youth is poor in decision-making. They don't know what to do in their life after their high school years are gone because of a lack of career guidance and proper counselling in schools.
For example, when they make a decision and then they apply it. If it goes in the right path they are becoming more confident. If it goes in a wrong path they are becoming confused.

In my view, youth in India are using both the words confused and confident in their lives.
During career decisions, our youth is very weak and confused.
They are not choosing their interest goal only working in a confused world.
They want to do everything and become confused, it's impossible to acquire all things simultaneously in life, and youth lose confidence.
So if you want to become confident in life follow one rule.
Do one thing at a time.
Example: If you study for 2 hours only, concentrate on studying for 2 hours. See the magic: your confusion level is converted into confidence.
Thank you.

The youth of India is a complex and dynamic entity, and the answer to whether they are confident or confused is not a simple one. On one hand, Indian youth are exposed to a wide range of opportunities, and they are increasingly confident in their ability to succeed. With the country's growing economy and technological advancements, young Indians are more connected to the world than ever before.
However, this exposure also brings its own set of challenges. The youth of India are struggling to balance their traditional values with the influence of Western culture. This can lead to confusion and uncertainty about their place in the world.
Additionally, the pressure to succeed in a competitive job market and the weight of societal expectations can also contribute to feelings of confusion and self-doubt.
*Factors Contributing to Confusion:*
- Cultural Identity Crisis: Struggling to balance traditional values with Western influence.
- Pressure to Succeed: Competitive job market and societal expectations.
- Lack of Clear Goals: Uncertainty about career paths and life choices.
- Influence of Social Media: Unrealistic expectations and comparisons.
Factors Contributing to Confidence:
- Growing Economy: Increasing opportunities and access to resources.
- Technological Advancements: Improved connectivity and access to information.
- Education and Skills Development: Investing in human capital and developing skills.
- Supportive Environment: Encouragement from family, friends, and mentors.
Ultimately, the youth of India are a diverse and dynamic group, and their experiences and emotions cannot be reduced to a simple label. While some may be confident and self-assured, others may be struggling with confusion and uncertainty.

The youth of India, like young people anywhere, are a diverse group with varying experiences, perspectives, and emotions. It's challenging to make a blanket statement that applies to all young Indians. However, I can provide some insights based on trends, research, and observations.
Factors contributing to confidence:
1. Growing economy: India's economic growth has created new opportunities for education, employment, and entrepreneurship, fostering confidence among young people.
2. Digital revolution: The widespread adoption of smartphones and the internet has empowered youth to access information, connect with others, and develop new skills.
3. Increased access to education: Improvements in education infrastructure and policies have led to more young Indians having access to quality education, boosting their confidence and aspirations.
4. Cultural exchange and globalization: Exposure to global cultures, ideas, and values has broadened the perspectives of young Indians, making them more confident in their ability to navigate the world.
Factors contributing to confusion:
1. Societal expectations: Traditional expectations from family and society can create pressure and confusion among young Indians, particularly regarding career choices and relationships.
2. Competition and uncertainty: The highly competitive job market and uncertain economic conditions can lead to anxiety and confusion among young people.
3. Mental health concerns: The stigma surrounding mental health issues and limited access to support services can exacerbate feelings of confusion and isolation among young Indians.
4. Rapidly changing social norms: The evolving social landscape, including changing norms around relationships, identity, and expression, can create confusion and uncertainty among young people.
Conclusion:
The youth of India are a complex and dynamic group, and it's difficult to categorize them as solely confident or confused. While many young Indians are empowered and confident, others face challenges and uncertainties that can lead to confusion.
Ultimately, the confidence and confusion of young Indians are intertwined, reflecting the complexities of growing up in a rapidly changing world.
