In my view, the youths are very confused regarding their discussion making, because with the help of the internet, they can easily able to access the information they want to but at the same time they are not able to decide from where they have to start they don't have a roadmap of their life and just because of so many information and so many suggestions it's hard for them to choose the right things.

Thank you.

The youth of a country are its greatest resource. They are the dreamers of tomorrow, the protagonists of the future, the inheritors and creators of the world to come. For a developing nation like India, with a vast populace divided among all age groups, the youth is even more important as they will have an important role in building the nation and changing it from a ‘developing’ to a ‘developed’ economy.

Well, categorizing a demographic segment as vast as the youth into either ‘confident’ or ‘confused’ is an exercise in futility, since every individual is different, and such broad, sweeping sentences do not do much beyond stereotyping people. Arguments can be made that the youth is confused, but similar arguments can be made that they are confident as well. In the end, it is a matter of perspective and a matter of belief. Belief in their potential, belief that they will be able to take the country forward and create a better life, not only for themselves but also for their fellow Indians.

The youth, I would say, is equally confident and confused. After all, such is life, a painting of many shades and not just two opposites of black and white standing in contradiction to one another. The same woman who is confident in her abilities to write and is working hard on her novel could be suffering from bouts of self-doubt and crippling anxiety.

The same boy who wants to become a footballer and is willing to sacrifice a lot and is striving towards that goal could be dealing with confusion over whether his sacrifices and his hard work will pay off, or whether he’ll become another footnote among the many who have failed to attain their goals, and eventually fallen by the wayside as life has gone on.

Many students are confused about what path to take in life after their high school years are done – the result of a lack of career guidance and proper counselling in schools. Then others are confident in their abilities, have done well throughout their academic years, and want to take the next step towards an international education or job, but are confused whether they will get their money’s worth and appropriate return on investment. Despite being confident in their abilities, they are unsure whether external factors will work in their favour because if they don’t, all their confidence and hard work will be for nought.

In this changing world, our youth is both, confident as well as confused, and perhaps a healthy mixture of both is necessary for them to make the best decision for their life. After all, overconfidence is as bad as excessive confusion, both ultimately only yielding stress.

However, at the end of the day, the youth are optimists, the purveyors of hope, the dreamers of far-flung dreams, and it is better to be confident and work hard than confused and floundering.

Hello everyone, I feel fortunate to have such a great opportunity to discuss about such a burning topic.

According to my point of view, the youth of India is somewhere confused and somewhere confident. It depends upon which situation he/she suffering from. Some of the youths are confused about their career as well and some of them are confident too for their career because they are serious about their family dreams.

Hi,

I believe that Indian youths are more confused rather than feeling confident. This is due to the lack of guidance by their family members, as most families either enforce careers in engineering or medicine, or they push for government jobs. This limits career paths and leaves many feeling unsatisfied and unhappy with their work.
Additionally, some parents have dreams they expect their children to fulfill, which creates a burden. It's unlikely that children will enjoy these imposed paths.

Some students dream of careers in sports, particularly in cricket and football, but they remain confused due to the rare chances of success. Consequently, they choose other pathways, leading to lifelong guilt and regret.

Hello everyone.
I think the current generation of youth is a bit underconfident because the standards of life set by social media influencers are way too high idealistic and impractical. The youth is nowadays constantly seeking validation and is distracted and comparing his/her life with others.

India is a country of young people. In our generation, we are not to accept quickly before taking it. Before starting the thing, we get a little confused but when the right path is found today's youth become more confident we can adopt any technology very quickly. And this is the best part we are always ready to learn something new so I think we are more confident than confused.

Hello all.

my opinion depends upon person to person he/she is influenced by which person, who is their ideal how they are taking things. If they are influenced in a positive way they are confident about their work path, but if not then they are in starting confident but after some time they feel confused about their decision. Today's generation is confident but in the wrong way, they need to become confident in the right and positive way.

In my view, the youth are a mix of both. In the case of technology, they are confident. They have good catching and adapting power to new technology. Even a small child knows how to use a phone, and appliances and also they are teaching their elders about it. But in the case of social media, they are confused. They know that it's a waste of time but even though they do. So, I think if they get proper guidance from their family members they'll improve it.

Hello friends, I'm Mohit.

My point to this discussion is that it always depends on the person and the surroundings he is brought up in. If he's guided in all his stages where he has to be then for sure he is going to be confident in any situation.

But when we take into consideration the person who has not been directed to the correct knowledge which is required at the time then he will become an introvert and will not be as confident as the case one person was.

Hello everyone. I am Sravani.

In my opinion, the some of youth are confident while most of them are confused. Because the education system doesn't teach these things to us. Most of the youth don't know what to do in future.

There are several reasons for the youth being in confusion, it may include a lack of knowledge, low interpersonal skills no proper guidance and many more. One of the main reasons for the lack of confidence is no clarity about the feature. Due to this, they are lack in confidence and confused about the future.
