I agree with all my friends ,they all have shown the positive side of patient bill.A persone must get the benifits for his had work and dedications, but human greeds are endless .Its the nature of human to grab as much as they can when they see a bank vault open. But whats the use of invention if only few people can use there inventions.

Patent rights should be provided to the people on the knowledge they had discovered. The main problem in India is most of them got sticked to foreign culture and forgot our Indian culture. Due to this mismatch among a particular product i.e, the way they pack and cost factors if the same product has been given by some other countries it has a special craze in using that. Last but not the least once you are interested in buying a product enquire your well wishers because they know much more information because they follow the actual SCIENCE.

Hi friends, according to me patents bill is good for India as I know we any researcher produces his research paper for development than credit must be given to the that researcher so there comes a great confident in all researcher to do the research in all area. By which our country growth is on high rate. Its another benefits is on commercialization area. If company products patent bill is totally related to company and there is no any type of tax than it sold to the consumer at lesser price. So these are area where patent bill is good.

Yes definitely it is good for India because it gives security to the investors and more research for others. Without a patent an idea may get replicated and hence there is reputation of a particular product and which hinders the development of new products. With patent more no. Of research is carried out hence the result is more no. Of differentiated products.

Hi every one, I have seen the all above discussions every one wrote well apart from this I will add some more points in a different way. Yes I too agree with you patent bill is necessary in India to know the ability of a person who manufactures a particular product and he must has all rights on the product. Then only every one will try to innovate new things thereby our country grows very rapidly to reach the hights like japan then we can rule the world.

Patent bill would somehow investors, entrepreneurs to go for inventions and give priority to new ideas. As of we know 33% of GDP is increased through SSI, so it can work like a boost or inspiration for them and in turn to the country.....

Yes it is very important to patenting to recognise the talent of any individual and to give birth to new inventions and to develop our country and to make it as developed country. And it also have some disadvantages as a new invention it may be expansive which is not available for common man.

According to me, to the country, like India patent bill is extremely good. In some cases, it is helpful if important patents are within the country. If not then India have to pay for the patent holders in other countries which are cost effective and not good for our economy. So if the patent is filed within the country and it is useful to our citizens and helps the patent holder most then it is helpful.

Patent bill is good for developing country but not good for poor country because developing country has many talent people through hire. But poor country can not hire talent people. It increase the product price and waste many time. It discourage the poor country. Such as a ex- a Indian poor talent student can not shown fully talent because he don't study in good college but he has a talent person. So he have to do work without machinery and low price.

I totally agree with all the points being said on the favour of the patent bill in India, as it would benefit the new generation inventors to patent their technology in the country itself rather than going on for some higher approval outside the country. The patent bill would help the inventors safeguard their inventions from being used illegally by any other person or country. Like if an author publishes a book, he gets the rights of the book to sell it to anybody or distribute it for free. Same way patent bill would prove a great boost to the development of our economy!
