Yes, I'm totally agree that budgeting is very necessary. It should be make with proper planning and with great care. If reflect financial power of country and also helps people so that they can properly invest money in each and every field.

As we know India is still developing country, the main reason behind this is corruption.

So to stop the corruption budgeting is very necessary or we can say budgeting is very important it may help the people to know what the government is doing for them or what government Is deciding for there future.

I believe that making a budget is very important. It is same as a family plans it for there future. Government should plan it in such a way so that it could have overall equal effect on all categories of people or society. Government should also ensure that corruption free rules and regulations should also be implemented.

Budgeting is really very necessary because it helps the government to make a plan of how much it expenses in each sector and also of what the financial potential of a country is. It also makes the common people aware of steps taken by the government towards the economic growth of the country. Also they come to know about the extent to which the government is considering their basic needs.

According to my point of view budget exercise is very much necessary so that people know that what his govt had planned for him for the whole year. And also its reflects the financial strength and weakness of the country.

So I want to conclude that it is really imp and is of great use at any level. And also wants to say to don't make the budget annually. If it is made biannually so it will be very much beneficial for us.

Budget is very important for a country. It comprises an outline on financial prospect of a country. It provides an assistant to government and helps in deciding the allocation of resources and need of different sectors.

In my point budgeting exercise useful to raise GDP of our country, Budget is prepared to future growth and reduce the expenses. So the overall budget decided growth of India. But the fund has not properly utilized in Indian country, all benefits are not properly reached by people, so there is no growth in our country. Corruption is main reason, the government and people has to follow the rules and regulation strictly then only we can avoid the corruption.

Here budget is not merely concerned with only union budget. Simply budget means the planning about the distribution, utilization of the resource. Like on the household level, if there is a limited resource of money and lots of spending need, in that case if we don't plan the the allocation of resource, the it will be difficult to manage the spending and saving.

In the same way, if union budget is not exercised properly, then country can be affected by economic crisis. Budgeting is done on the basis of need and requirement of the individual sector to achieve the target gdp of the country, and the proper development and fulfillment of the human resource. So the vast and democratic country like India, a proper planning of the public money is needed through its proper budgeting.

Budgeting is really important and is of great use at any social or individual level. In any economy, the government receives huge funds through different taxes, duties, customer, etc. And, to ensure that these funds are invested correctly and proportionally as per the requirement, having a budget becomes imperative. It is exactly, like, in a household, where one plans how to spend one's income and how much to save for future. It helps in overcoming a financial problem strategically. And, for a country, it ensures that sectors which need special financing are given due importance. Some might say that budgeting takes a lot of time which makes the process lengthy and time consuming.

However, it is necessary that we ensure that funds are utilized most efficiently because while making a budget for a nation a lot of facts and figures needs to be taken into consideration. For example, which sector needs urgent and immediate finance. There might be sectors which received extra funds last time that are yet to be used. Hence, such sectors would need less funds this time. Budget also helps government to properly distribute the funds in an economy. So that, the gap between the rich and the poor in a country can be bridged.

Budget also affects the market decisions. It also brings confidence to the investors to invest their money into an economy. It acts as an indicator of economic status of not only a sector or industry, but also the economy as a whole. It also helps in attracting foreign investors to invest in an economy.

So at the end, I would like to conclude that making a budget at any level is a wise decision and must be continued. Without budget, the funds may go wasted and not utilized properly.
