Yes,

T20 cricket is an entertainment game. So we enjoy the game in short format of cricket with less time. But, it kills the technical skills in real cricket like test match.

T20 cricket really skills the patience of the wickets in cricket.

Actually T20 don't kill the skills of cricketers, It provides them some additional skills such as maintaining the run rate, not choking under pressure and to hit sixes and fours in every ball you must have skill.

As per my point of view, the T20 is the best platform to promote not only the cricket at the intentional standards but only it gives at least a change to hidden players to shows their capability in the span of time.

It is also bless for those players who are waiting for a long to get at-least a change to play and show their talent at the national as well as international standards. You can ask for them what is the actual meaning of this change.

If we will take a game as for opportunity for all mankind to show some talent, so No game kills real talent of someone else. Which will be adopted as ocean of opportunities.

No game big or small, our mind set make it lots of issues for that. The game required discipline, team spirit etc. If it would be their it will be emerge as the best game ever.

For example:- KABADI. Now days, which is promoting the players.

In my point of view, the scheme of BCCI organizing IPL game is really degrading the real cricketing skill but here is a opportunity for a player that he can show that how fast he can play. In IPL game every player have to face very few balls, In this condition they can show their honour and stormy batting.

But it also have some adverse effect on cricketer and other national game. Because of increasing popularity of cricket the stardom of many other game has lowered.

I don't think that T20 is ruining cricket. You can yourself see that this format has given the batsman a huge level of confidence to chase down big totals. You since the inception of this format a lot many teams have chased down totals in excess of 300 very easily which was not so earlier. Earlier 300 was considered a winning total but today the scenario has changed. It has provided the crowd a lot of entertainment.

But as said every coin has two sides. This format for sure has effected the popularity of the other formats especially test cricket due to the availability of quick result in the latter format. As we all know every thing with an advantage has some disadvantage!

Yes T20 cricket killing real cricketing skills. Many players play the shots just to hit the ball out of the boundary line, they are not focusing on the ball how to face the ball. Many players are not improving their skills in domestic cricket by playing T20 format games.

They are earning money by playing IPL and some T20 games. They should play T20 games at the same time they have to play domestic cricket. They have to confirm their berth in national team as test/ODI player since test cricket is oldest game.

T20 cricket is the platform where the youngsters will get the opportunities to play on the international platform as well as also it will give opportunities to play with world class players. So from my point of view it off course good for the cricket.

In my view, T20 Cricket is killing the cricketers skills in some aspect. It is also true that it provides the platform for the new cricketers but in this cricket format real performance of players can't be seen. It is just like luck and players can't show their complete ability. It is also seen any player can hit the ball according to the situation. This cricket format is providing fun and interest to the viewers but real cricketing skill is vanishing.

In my opinion, it is good to play T20 cricket as it has most of the times thrilling and nail-biting finishes which increase the interest of the viewer but on the other hand, it is also ruining the basic format of cricket i.e. test cricket. Test cricket makes a player fit for a long time and increases his stamina but the viewers does not like it because it is quite long and boring.
