In my opinion, the social media is good and quite useful if used rightly. But people nowadays, majorly the youth have been so addicted to the social media that they are rather wasting a lot of their useful time on it rather than just using it to get more information. I have myself seen so many people actively using social media but they lack the real communication skills in actual life. This thing people are not realizing these days but they are going to regret it later. So, it should be only used as a source to connect and meet new people across the globe and being a bit active socially and not as something on which people should waste their productive time scrolling the news feed. Everyone should be more active in real life learning new things and making their day more productive rather than being glued to their screens all day.

I'm going with the positive side by using social media platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter we can connect with the people whom we know in real time it makes our relationship more strong. We get the information within a fraction of a second by using social media platforms.

And the other side of the coin, it has times we lose the connection due to some reasons, and we get invalid or fake information. Most of the cyber crimes are happening by using social media platforms by clicking links and saying OTPs to unknown candidates. Sometimes we spend an of time on social media platforms as a result of this we don't get time to our family, our loved ones and our parents and children.

So, by using this platform we must have care, responsibility and balanced time.

To be honest, I agree with this statement.

Yes, it helps many people who are so far from their parents, friends and loved ones; this is the only way to connect with them regularly.
Some of them might be using this social media platform to connect with their known ones and keep them updated by posting about their personal life. Even if it helps them to access their people, how they are doing and all.

If anything, having an advantage obviously it would have disadvantages also.
*Due to a network issue, we couldn't connect with our loved ones regularly.
* If you post anything on any social media, it might be used by another person wrongly.
* Sometimes, our social media account will be led to hack by hackers.
I can conclude this by saying, it helps us to get connected with our people, but it won't feel good as we talk or meet in person.

In my point of view, social media is both connecting people and also making them apart at the same time. Social media has many benefits we can connect with people, we can access information and business purposes it has many benefits. Through social media, we can connect with people who are far from us, but we are getting apart from the people who are staying with us.

For example, we say good morning or goodnight to the people who are far from us. But we never say good morning to our family members. And also, in our childhood, we just played games with our friends or cousins. But in today's generation, children always play video games or watch unnecessary things on social media. So, I suggest using social media for limited-only purposes, instead of scrolling reels, go and spend your time with your family members.

According to me, the given statement is partially correct because social media has evolved much more than earlier and is widely available throughout, the good thing is it connects people, we can stay in touch with all our well wihers, family etc and easyliy share our opinions, life happenings, emotions with them but on the other side their is a mark on this phenomenon that people who once used to meet regularly arent prioritizing physical meetups today as they can convey everything they want through internet.

Above everything, there will always be a heart out of satisfaction when you truly interact with others in a traditional way, which is now getting faded due to excessive use of social media.

Human emotions are losing their natural regulations, and the values are getting demoted so rapidly.

First of all, I want to say that in the living world, social media plays a vital role.

On one side, social media is connecting people. You can talk to someone across the globe in seconds, stay updated with friends, build professional networks, and even find communities that match your vibe. For small businesses, creators, and activists, it’s a powerful connection tool.

But at the same time, the connection can be kinda surface-level. Likes and comments don’t always mean real emotional bonding. People compare, fake perfection, and sometimes feel more isolated despite being “online” 24/7.

So yeah, social media connects people technically, but whether it builds meaningful relationships depends on how we use it.

Yes, actually, it's both connecting the people and also making them apart at the same time. Social media is a platform where we can talk to people, send them wishes and many more things, but there is another side that, in real life or in actuality, we forget to greet them and take care of whatever relationship we have in real life. But yes, we can easily say that because of social media, we know what others are doing by checking their posts and stories on Instagram, Snapchat or LinkedIn-like platforms. Because of social media, the whole world is reducing distance. Now people can easily share their talents and people are also appreciating them. And the main thing that we can easily connect to the various businesses, is job opportunities. Surely social media has having few disadvantages but there are many more advantages too.

No, social media is connecting people in my opinion what people are doing these days when they get bored they turn towards social media which is making them selfish and introvert at the same time. The mentality of today's generation is like it's better to sit inside and chat rather than go outside and meet with that person physically. People are becoming self-oriented they care about people who are far rather than caring and giving time to those people who are close, you can't form a connection just by sending a message in order to build a connection or relation you have to be there to share laughs, share stories that's how relationship can be build even we can see the change during festivals now people just use social media to greet eachother but before people go to eachother houses in order to greet and wish someone.

Social media is an excellent platform to everyone as there is no question of reservation and also there is equality to everyone.

The thing is people should utilize in a proper manner and also have a limit on everything they do online but instead people are misusing and misleading everything in all possible ways.

So social media is actually not connecting to people instead it is distracting their lives from the real-life which is not a good thing and probably affect their future in certain ways.

If we use social media in a proper way not getting distracted and taking all resources which are being provided online for improvising our lives then it would be fine.

As per my thoughts, social media connecting people or building a large network with each other because if we tell example of web then in that app we chat each other to share information although we don not each other for a reason so in that case a stranger or unknown person connected with another and also there is a pros to connect a stranger person such as they can help us at specific situation. And also there are many platforms in which we can connect people over the network such as Twitter, Instagram and Faceboof etc. So, according to me, social media platform connects people over the network.
