Yes, social media connects alot of people.
In our lives without social media means a day wasted. We can learn new things which are important in our lives, it makes many people to connect with each other. It makes the world of unity. Social media makes half of our lives easier. Social media drives information faster than internet. It makes people who are in need, business organisations connect with the current and better world, generates employment.

As per my thoughts social media is very impacting our life with positiveness making new friends, knowing breaking news, employee opportunities, different people's connecting social media n share their success, so we also build our career with handwork using social media platforms. Of course, Social media is connecting people. So many children who are studying in abroad and other countries are in touch with their parents through this social media, they can get to know their updates from it. If you have any birthday/special occasion we can send our wishes through it even though we cannot attend physically, we can make them feel that we are with them.
