Is Management Education Required for Business?

According to me management education is required. And I agreed that experience is the best teacher but at same time I think that for gaining experience you need time. And if you do anything without knowledge then there are more chances of mistakes. And till you gain experience may be you had already spoiled the work.

I want to give an example, suppose I am an engg and someone give me a product to launch in the market, then how could I do it without knowing who are the target of the product, how can I attract large no of people, how to market it in a efficient way, by which means I can market it? If I want to go with experience than I need lots of time to gain experience first. And may be I made so many mistakes in the process of gaining experience.

So I think if we had educational knowledge we can easily use it in not only our work but also in gaining experience and also can efficiently complete our work without much mistakes.

Management education is not a mandatory thing to run the business successfully. If the person is capable of dealing with the people, knowledge about the business, hard working nature, dedication, leadership skills and passion for achievement can definitely become a successful man. But management degree is an added advantage because when the organization is small things are easy, when the size of the organization increases the functions are more and things became complicated during that case it helps you to take proper decisions, management and for long run survival of the business.

Management education is necessary, because management is backbone for a business. Many of you will say if management is necessary then how these people like Dhirubhai Ambani, Ratan Tata, Steve Jobs and Bill gates done successfully his business without any management education then I want to say these people generate idea but for that idea they need management people. In current scenario if you will lookout employees list of any company then you will find-out many from management background.

To my opinion, management education is not necessary to run a business though it helps in gaining knowledge theoretically. How to effectively utilize the resources and make a profit within a given time. Management quality is something that comes from within. Theory based education only can show someone the direction but how to walk in the thorny path it depends on individual talent and skill. If someone wants to gather knowledge in the field of management then the internet is full of resources. To run a business it needs passion and dedication. More education doesn't do the whole job. So to excel in a business management education is not the most required ingredient.

Yes, management education is required in business because it a basic needs to run business effectively. Education pave the path to the business. Education teach us to do anything easily and properly. It makes you practical. We cannot learn business strategies and etiquette without education. Trying to manage a business without a good education is just like trying to cross a deep river without knowing how to swim.

As my opinion for business education is required, but if you are a well-educated person so you know very well which threat is coming in your business you Can solve without taking other suggestions, without education you don't know how can you handle Customer how you can talk with him (which way in you have convinced him sale your products).

According to me management education is not important for business. In India so many people are depending on business and many successful business man's are not certified on MBA but they are getting more profits. Management education is only helpful for how to manage the people and knowledge of business but it's no use.

As per me, management education is required so that we can work more effectively and efficiently.

Even be safe from committing mistakes due to which many of the businesses fail.

As management education is just the experience gained by successful managers that why it helps us to take correct decisions and avoid committing mistakes.

Yes, Management education is not an essential ingredient for your business. I do agree that many of the top businessmen don't possess an MBA degree. But not everyone can become such a famous and successful businessman without the proper education in Management. Management education trains you in a way that you can excel in your business without much of a loss. If you try to learn business at the cost of your mistakes you'll probably be spending all your life learning it. MBA is a wise choice !

Management education is not all about having book knowledge, its about having practical knowledge and how we apply this knowledge or how we relate this knowledge to our day to day working. Management is about how we manage ourself or how we present ourself in front of others.
