Management education is not so much necessary for developing a business. A person who consist practical and concurrent goals, good leadership qualities and have that much ability to face and overcome any situation either positive or negative and is confident enough to take discussion he or she can grow a business very efficiently. Management education is important, because every successful business man in the country should have managed both the product & people in an efficient manner. Some of them had greater skills in management, hence they don't require management studies. But we, those who have quite good skills will take much time to get that kind of knowledge on management. During the study itself, we will be fully prepared for the management of the people & product. It will be saving the time & also improvise our management capability.

According to me, management education is not required for business. Because every person have some talent. So its is used to making a good business and running and maintaining the business. So management education is not compulsory do for business maker. And also some peoples are not studied education. But they are running good business. This is only about people's talent. So it is not needed.

I think that management education is required or not, both is important because as above said that many famous business persons are not that much educated but through their skills, knowledge, innovative ideas, leadership qualities, confidence and much more they have become a successful business persons accordingly. If people take the management education they will have new techniques, ways of how managing the people. Product and the business with less time consumption and improved capability.

I agree that many poeple without management education achieves their goals in buisiness. For this one should have skills to analyze the market, take important decisions, manage the workers and should know the rules by govt to run the organization. So in cases of small scale industries financial, operational, marketing, hr can be controlled by an ordinary man. But when it comes to big industries those works gets compilcated and some experts are needed in those areas. Now adays management education makes you stronger in them than an ordinary man.

In my point of view education, skill, experience is the ingredient to management. They are not compulsory but Successful business person most have these ingredients to be extraordinary. We need to add all these ingredients parallel. For example: We spent around 25 years to get education of business then start working, it takes more than a decade to completely understand the business concept then few more decade to be expert. At that time we will be at retarding age.
So education, skill, experience are equally important and should be taken in parallel.

Hi all,
They do require so that they can have basic ideas about what things they have to do before starting the company like research in MBA Research Paper in that you can analyze the market area about what business you have to startup and so on, it is mandatory to do management studies in order to get a theoretical idea so that you can practically apply it in your future.

Management education is not compelsory for running business. Its enough to have knowledge about that business. The most important one is to have experience in working with groups. For the success of an business group discussion is must. Hence management education is not necessary. So it is necessary for an person.
