Compared to the other countries, we can say that India is a soft country. There is no religious discrimination as in other parts of the world.

Yes, definitely India is a soft nation there is no violence. If you did not believe you can read about South Korea where the king is so cruel that he gives the harsh punishment possible. But in India, there is no violence we are running on Gandhian philosophy of nonviolence. We also achieved independence through nonviolence. So I did not think that anyone doubts that India is not a soft nation.

Hello, everyone.
There are two sides of every story so does the softness has a positive aspect and the negative aspect.
Positive aspect:-.
1) India has always helped other nation in the times of need. For instances earthquake in Nepal, flood in Bangladesh.
2) India has never initiated any war with any country, on the other hand, we try to solve our conflicts as peacefully as we can.
3) India is the only country with so many diversity in languages and religion and all of them are provided with equal rights to each and everyone.
The negative aspect of being soft:-.
1) India is not only soft towards other nation but also soft towards the criminals and even the most offensive or disgraced crime are not treated with capital punishment.
2) India is deep rooted with corruption which is happily acceptable by the Nation. For instances 2g scam, AWG scam, mining scam etc which has cost India thousand of crore rupees.
3) So many social evil like dowry, child labour, gender inequality still prevail in the country.
On the basis of above points I want to conclude that Yes, India is a soft nation.

Hello everyone,
According to my point of view, INDIA is not a soft country because it gives rights to everyone to give their view. But some people take advantage of that. Giving a chance to prove oneself is not softness. Because the constitution of our country gives equal rights to everyone.
Thanks, all.

If we look at the history of the country which outwardly demonstrate that India has always been a soft Nation. One can have a sample of instances to concrete the statement given that India is a soft nation. First being that India has never made a country its colony but the opposite has happened, it has been a colony for 200 years. Second reason I give to support my argument is that we believe in the principle of non-violence.
It is also clear if we see the response which Indian gives to the conflict created by Pakistan and China!

Hi, friends. Yes, India is a soft and lovable Nation. Even though we have different Religious, castes, different languages, Traditional, and different cultures. Every state people, other country people also work in different places with no violence. If anyone needs help in the particular area, all people will join their hands to built it up. They love to share the food, help with happiness. Still, we have corruption, child labor, poor people, we will soon be recovered from those.

Hi, friends this is Faizul. I would like to state that yes, India is a soft nation. As its constitution allows different religion, different people of different caste and creed to stay and live peacefully without any intolerance state mentality. Though there exist some black elements which can be neglected.

Yes, India is a soft nation and it depends upon positive and negative thoughts. We all see upon the positive thoughts, give full freedom to everyone, equal rights and moreover we follow gandhiji principle. In our country we all maintain unity. But on the other hand we all misuse our freedom and our punishments are less than other countries.
I think our nation is soft than other countries.
