Globalization is a key factor in the development of any nation. Globalization allows you to share your ideas, views especially with the nationals from other countries. India has been able to spread its culture all over the world only due to globalization. Indians always want to go abroad for better job opportunities. Globalization gives you the freedom to settle down in any nation. Globalization is spreading peace all over the world.

Hello everybody,

I am Partha and I would like to put my opinion on the topic globalization.

Well according to me globalization is necessary for all countries to exchange values, technologies, resources etc. It is specially needed in developing countries like INDIA to resolve the unemployment problem, to develop the infrastructure of the country, to increase the GDP and hence to grow the economy. Besides it will also help to improve the life style.

Although it has many advantages, it has some disadvantages too.

Due to globalization, there is a chance of monopoly in the market by the foreigner which will dominate our country products and hence an adverse effect on our country.

But if Govt put some kind of regulation over foreign companies so that there doesn't occur any monopoly in the market, globalization is heartily welcomed.

Hi Friends, I would like to share my views on this topic. Globalization is like two sides of coins. It can be helpful or dangerous. We have seen lots of foreign countries are investing in our country due to which our economy is going to increase. People are getting chance of going abroad and improve their standard of living. But on the other hand if we not using globalization properly may be monopoly of foreign investor can be occur. In this case our government should be careful and attentive. In short it is lie fire if use properly we can cook our food But if we use carelessly it can destroy our house and lives.

Globalization is really important for any country (considering India) in the following aspect.

1). It improves living standards of country people, nowadays we can get any product which is not our country's product even in village for example any shampoo, toothpaste etc.

2). Employment -people are going abroad for job, also companies which came in India for investment in different sector are recruiting mostly Indian people in there company. But the second condition depends on rules of Indian government. In my view Indian government should make a rule like 80% employees should be Indian in that company in Indian centers.

3). It increases competition of the market so that people can choose best product easily. But to encourage our Indian Industry government should make rule that maximum 30% of the products in a shops will be made in India product.

4). It provides us world class education also encourages world tourism, contributes world class technology in every sector but most importantly in health sector. It improves economy etc.

But we should be aware of, how to utilize it, if we ignore this part we can get into trouble like elevation in price of dollar/rs. Or like 1800s, our economy can be crash and we mayn't do any thing that time. We lose our dependency in the terms economy.

Globalization is the mode of having good connections between the two countries. It ensures the peace in world by building a great network among these countries. It is the need of the hour for every nation to be globalized but before that a country should thoroughly probe its situation because globalization may also threaten the SMEs.

Globalization gives the chance to improve any nation's GDP by simply increasing the competition in its market. It also allows the customers to get desired products according to their needs by facilitating them several choices for the same product. India is also gaining the profit by introducing the globalization in its various sectors.

The sectors which are really benefited from this are mining, manufacture, various private sectors etc. Now the developing countries are also taking the experiences of already developed nations assets. The countries which are ram-shackled or facing the bad GDP, bankruptcy threat can raise their standard with the help of introducing foreign investments or items in their markets. It also allows better liquidity in their markets.

Due to this, the poor countries are getting a chance of levelling their shoulders with some great countries. The developed nations are also getting benefited by globalization because now their products are being sold in other nations which brings back more capital to their home. Introducing the outsourcing is directly connected with the development but it depends mainly on how we are implementing it and what are the areas in which it is implemented.

I would like to correct some of my friend. True definition of globalization is nothing but, sharing your knowledge, innovation, thought, process. In a context of india, now a days, many of the foreign company are interested to invest in India through FDI or FII. Are they come over here to revive our nation? or are they willing to do some socio-economic-welfare to our country? Obviously NO. They came here because they find huge potential as well as profit in India. If they can find a huge potential than why can't we do this? Now, we have potential to establish our own economy on our own shoulder. We have to fueled strength to evolve from the grass root level. In case of wal-mart, they will actually transfer employment from mom's and pop's shop owner to the educated people. According to me, right not India would not be able to revive its economy through FDI or globalization.

In the matter of 1990, we survive because of the new IT industry comes into the society. But, in these days, whole world is under the crisis.

Now, in the context of world, we have made the lines among the country. It is always good to share your knowledge.

We are a developing country and our aim is to be a developed country globalisation is a very good medium through which we can upgrade our economy if its done in a proper manner. Government should act on these things so that it can work in a balanced way. It provides the employment, reduced prices on goods, choosing the best goods that we want and a real competitive environment in this modern world.

I am agree with the fact that it can harm our economy in different ways if there will be dominance that is the reason why the prices of rupees is decreasing as compare to foreign money. But at the same time I wanted the country to adopt this to have a progressive environment.
