Is Dependence on Computers a Good Thing?

Today our world has become everything computerized. Without computer a man cannot survive because.

1. In olden days communication takes place through letters but today wireless mobiles or electronic mail have come to communicate.

2. We can book our bus, railway, flight tickets from anywhere but network is required.

3. Computation can be done very quickly and accurately.

4. File transfer can also take place like that so many facilities are provided.

DISADVANTAGES:

1. So many people becoming very lazy.

2. Unemployment gets increased since man is replaced by machine.

3. Health of people will be damaged.

Dependence on computer good or bad. We are becoming increasingly dependent on computers. They are used in businesses, hospitals, crime detection and even to fly planes. Most of the gadgets that makes our life easier have a computer.

Firstly, computers are widely being used in different work field. Example of it, in airline industry, one of the most important component is computer. They are the one who calculate the speed, altitude and tell the pilot if there is something wrong with the airplane. Computers also help people to communicate to their loved ones. More that that, computers has a great role in improving safety measures.

Furthermore, it is very dangerous when a computer is hacked. Personal or government files might be exposed. Also public safety will be Jeopardize if a warhead/missile is being activated by terrorist group by hacking the military installation. And in further it is also can be dangerous, because many people become largeness and it depend only computer so it harmful for health.

Yes, dependence on computer makes life easier, no need of buying books always, no need of buying any accessories, and because of this the time taken to do a thing is reduced. If we want to buy anything we go to shop and buy things, now it is available every thing using computer anything we want which saves our time.

But in these days without computer we cannot do many things its become compulsory but we need to take some health precautions about our eyes and spine card.

We are sharing innovations between countries because of computers and internet. The world is developed faster because of computers. Computers save a lot of time and money. Because of computers and internet one can take any course in any institute through e-learning books are digitized and more convenient to carry.

We can solve complicated problems of maths in just a few seconds. We can easily create documents effectively. We can make effective presentation to explain a topic. Every coin has two sides. It's up to us to receive good and to leave bad.

Advantages,

Disadvantages,

By knowing its advantages it is good to be dependent on computer. But every coin has two sides then we have to take care that we don't have to be much more dependent on computer.

The modern civilization lives in the age of information and the whole information is concentrated in computer.

Computer has become the lifeline of modern generation. This has become part and parcel of every man's life. We are sharing innovations between countries because of computers and internet.

On the other hand, computerization of our society can make us numb to each other where we sit in front of our safe little boxes and dead with each other that way instead of face to face.

That's why I think so, dependence on computers is nor good thing neither bad thing.

Humans are highly dependent on technology or on computers which will be bad for humans health or on our health. But by using computers or by depending on computers we can save our time, which is very important for us.

The word "DEPENDENCE" is not a good word. It suggests a negative connotation. Is it a good thing when you feel that you depend on anything? Is dependence on a life saving drug a good thing?

If question stated "Is computational technologies a good thing?" Then the answer will go: Absolutely! It allows us to achieve more with less effort, to learn more, to know more, to heal people better and faster, I can go on forever on the positive aspect of computational benefits.

Computer was bought to this world during world war II buy a British mathematician/scientist, with a sole purpose to intercept the messages passed by Germans during war, so that english forces could take down Germans easily and also another method was there to intercept those messages and decode it by hiring lot of man power (lot of mathematicians /scientists).

Lot of people having secret info could corrupt many among them. Hence my point is, computers have more advantages than disadvantages.

Its safe and secure for all information, less people can handle it and also you can reduce paper use hence saving trees good way to go! Also whole world is at touch of your fingers, its only a question of how one uses it. Only thing is reduction of man power. As far as harmfulness to health is considered it can be eliminated buy using it only for specified times.
