I agree with the topic that everything is uncertain except death and texas. In India we pay tax for the countries economy. Every person in our country must have pay tax who earn money because if we can't pay taxes then it affects our countries economy. Hence death is also certain every person know he/she will die one day. Its a fact, as all the person who earns have to pay tax.
