In my point of view, both EQ and IQ is needed for everyone. Because EQ makes a man happy and IQ makes a man perfect. So both of them is more important.

I believe that both EQ and IQ of a person must be balanced. They both go hand in hand because what IQ thinks is expressed by EQ.
