Well friends, I think EQ is more important than IQ. Eq involves dealing situations in life. Only having intelligence while not being social will surely lead to disaster one day. While using EQ dealing with situation analyzing lives gives a balanced living.

I Think I would definitely go with EQ. Because people are crucial and very important aspect our life. When you got a good Emotional Quotient it will get easy to understand each perspective. In another way, around EQ acts an intelligence in Human Emotions.

I think both EQ and IQ are quintessential in our life. IQ makes a man think logically. EQ makes him to think according to his emotions. Both EQ and IQ must be balanced in life. One must take decisions logically by considering the emotions of the people.

In my point of view, both EQ and IQ are important but I will give more preference to EQ because it includes awareness which is essential for any knowledge. If you are aware of what is happening around you then you have enough step to take any decision.

Hy friends. In my opinion, I think people have both EQ and IQ but not mandatory that it should be equal. I think EQ is more important than IQ because it is good that people have more ability to take decisions not all have equal knowledge.

Well, I have to say that we have both IQ and EQ. It's dependent on time, situation, person to person, age. Sometimes at some place, there is need an EQ and some times its needs IQ. So, overall it depends on other things.

Both are important. Both have their own merits.
Consider the case of our class exams. If one has a high IQ then he can easily pass the exam. But if he has low IQ and high EQ, still then he can pass the exam (I think you get my point).
